This 3rd floor end unit is beautifully remodeled with beach tones throughout. This condo is on the opposite side of the building as Coligny Plaza so it is quiet and relaxing on the porch. which has seating for 5 at the table and 2 lounge chairs to relax, read a book or have a cup of coffee. This condo is also handicap accessible and is 1 level inside the home. We live in the area and can be reached by phone, text or email if there is anything you many need. Coligny Beach & Shopping is one of the most desirable locations. Walk or Bike to restaurants, shopping, music, nightlife, & the grocery store! Once you park your car, you don't ever have to get back into it until your vacation is over if you want. The beach is right across the street. On Hilton Head Island we have over 12 miles of ocean beach, 200+ restaurants, 30+ golf courses, nature preserves, parks, shops, Mini golf, and bicycle trails. Savannah & Beaufort is only 45 minutes away if you want to enjoy on a day trip of additional sight seeing. This condo is Handicap accessible and has contactless check in. I will send you codes for the condo door entry along with the codes for the garage and elevator. There is a gated entrance to the parking garage where guests can park a maximum of 2 vehicles at no cost. Our home has everything you need to have a convenient and comfortable stay including a well equipped kitchen, with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and crock pot as well as your pots/pans, dishes, even some basic spices. We do supply shampoo, conditioner, soap along with starter paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap and laundry detergent. There is lots of storage, a washer/dryer, beach chairs, beach toys, an umbrella and more. Enjoy 100+ HDTV channels, free WiFi, a smart TV with Netflix and more. We are on the 3rd floor, corner unit, which you can get to through the gated parking garage. Then enter the private code for the elevator or stairwells. There is a beautiful rooftop pool and hot tub for your enjoyment only 1 floor up on the 4th floor. There are bike rental companies you can rent bikes for the whole family and lock them up in the bike racks in the garage. There is a ferry that will bring you over to Duffuskie Island for a day trip or many other boat adventures you can do while you are here. My only suggestions would be a rounded extended shower rod so when showering you’re not up against the shower curtain, and to put on fabric mattress protection as the plastic feels funny through the sheets. Only disappointment - the listing mentioned there were beach chairs. There were only 2 so we ended up having to buy some. Otherwise - awesome place and location! Each year my wife and I come down and compete in these events and we also rent condos researching the possibilities of buying and retiring in this area. This is the second time we have stayed in this neighborhood and love it. Everything you could think of is in walking distance. Restaurants and bars, grocery store's and a short walk to the beach. The condo is beautifully kept, and even though Coligny is a busier area, the balcony faces a quiet street, making it feel more private. Beds were super comfortable, and everything you need is available. Check in process was a breeze, and communication was effortless with Nancy. My son is living in the Hilton Head area, and when I return, I would stay a 3rd time! Even though I like to stay in different condos! It just feels like home! Thank you! ##### Pamela E. The photos show an interior that looks brand new, clean and shiny. That is not the case because the unit definitely shows wear and tear and could really use a fresh coat of paint. The location of the condominium complex was perfect. It is not beachfront but a very short walk to the beach and is right across the street from Coligny Plaza where there are many shops, restaurants, and bars. Home was comfortable with plenty of space. Not so good: multiple bulbs burned out, light switches were awkward and hard to decipher, towels were like sandpaper and no beach towels provided. More importantly, someone from maintenance (we assume) just randomly unlocked the coded door ( without knocking) one afternoon, walked in and dropped off a key and then walked out. Nov 17, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Wonderful with typical HHI fall caveat! Incredible location. We were a group of four adults. We loved our location for the 5 days. Perfect to beach and food and shopping! Condo was well stocked and we appreciated that for sure, as we all flew to the island. The couple was amazing hosts!! The only thing we were disappointed in was the communication from the property management company. They informed us that the pool would be worked on while we were there. We were a little bummed, but we also had access to the Seacrest pool deck and bar, which was fantastic. Once we arrived at the North Shore Pl., we were very surprised to see Plastic and tape over all the railings the majority of the public areas, all of the chairs at the outdoor patio/lounge area and access to no major common areas. We notified the Host immediately and told them we were totally bummed but maybe the rental company should be a little more specific with their notifications . Rental company mentioned the work would be done during the day but we were glad no one wanted a nap because the noise was pretty deafening from 8 AM until 4 PM daily except for Sundays. Saying all that, positives much more outweigh the negatives, and we will surely be back:) ##### Heather A.
