The property is in a great location. Other than that there were a few issues. The front door wouldn’t latch and stay closed unless you locked the deadbolt. The a/c wasn't the best. The lowest temperature available was 76. Some days it got up to 83 in the house, even when the temperature was in the upper 80s outside. The air handler seemed weak and not circulating enough air. The oven did not work. There was a bad igniter that was supposed to be replaced 5 days into our stay. It never got fixed. Ants. Ants everywhere outside. If you sit out by the pool they will be all over you.

Fall getaway

Once again we had a fantastic week at 4 nighthawk. Location cant be beat. The house is comfortable,and the fenced yard is perfect for our goldens. The large deck is very nice and the pool is another added perk. Look forward to our next stay.home is comfortable and the fenced yard is perfect

Location of the property was just what our family was looking for. The AC unit on the other hand could not keep up and a technician had to come out bc one day it was 90 in the house. turns our the air filter looked like it had not been changed in 6+ mths. the Ac still had a hard time keeping the house cool. The house could of been cleaner. dust bunnies on the ceiling in the rooms. dust and hair on the walls. it was just not the cleanest place we have stayed.

Great house and location

Really great location with close proximity to the beach. Pool was great and was very private in the backyard. Only issue with the pool is that it gets dirty very easily due to all of the trees around it. Keeping a pool vacuum at the house would be a bonus so tenants can clean themselves if they wanted to. Pool is only cleaned twice a week, and was dirty when we arrived even though they had it cleaned that day. Air conditioner broke when we were there, but the property manager was able to get someone out that same night and had it fixed. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Location

We visit Hilton Head every summer. We will definitely be staying here again. The location was perfect to the beach. We rode bikes to Coligny Plaza for ice cream and shopping. The pool was perfect - great shade when you have had too much beach sun. It was helpful to have beach chairs and bicycles. The extra refrigerator came in handy for drinks! We loved our stay here.

Location is everything

The house itself is a 3 but the location is a 5. I'd give it a 10 if I could. The house was cleaned but the couches, carpets, drapes, outside furniture all need to be deeply cleaned. If the house had a facelift, it would benefit it greatly. But at the end of the day, the location was more important to us. It literally took us just 1 minute to walk to the beach, and the house is on such a quiet street that you would never know you're only a 3 minute drive to Coligny. So you get the best of both worlds.

Great place!

Sitting in the sunroom you could see the path to the beach! I was worried because it said 4 rows back. It was a two minute walk to beach! We had four college age boys and the POOL was the biggest hit by far! The kitchen was perfect and two containers for the grill! Nothing like a burger at the pool! The showers always had hot water as well! Table in dining area was big and perfect to eat at too! Plenty of seating in and out! We left some pool floats for the next group to enjoy. Great time and great food at HHI. Definitely would stay again! And we got to bring our sweet dog! Thank you!

Excellent location incredibly close to the beach. Pool was heated to a fantastic 87 degrees making cold days still pool days. Very responsive and helpful management.

The house is in a great location. The living and dining room are a great space. We liked the screened in porch. So grateful for a fended in yard. Nothing fancy but suited our needs with the exception of the bunk room. It was not great for grown adult children.

Loved it!

Everything was wonderful. Location, pool, size of house, etc. Perfect for our pets as the back yard is fenced. It think the cleaning crew could do a better job but otherwise we really enjoyed the property and would stay again.

Not what we expected

The location of the property is great! It is centrally located to the beach, some shopping, and eating places. The condo is much smaller than it appears in the pictures. However, the kitchen is fully stocked. We cooked a whole Thanksgiving meal with what was there. The beach bikes are not in good repair. They need to be replaced with new ones. The pool area looks a little rundown and not very clean. The deck is old and is not safe for kids. The railing slats are too far apart. A small child could slip through and fall. Overall, the location to the beach is what made staying here a good experience. We did not spend much time in the condo.
