  • Steps from the beach, newly renovated, very clean, great reviews, 3 bedrooms 2 baths. Wonderful beach, great view. Close to Sea Pines resort and other attractions where you can walk or rent a bike and go for a joy ride up the beach. Full size washer and dryer for your conveniences. Our family has stayed in this beautiful retreat several times. We stayed there when our kids were little (before renovations) and now with our grandchildren. It’s a huge blessing to have the house just steps from the beach and enjoy the resort next door with the passes provided. The hosts are amazing and can expect us to book each time we visit Hilton Head! It’s literally perfection.

Great stay and great owners

We had a great week staying at this property. We enjoyed all of the amenities, location, Marriott access. Owners were great to work with and very helpful. We will definitely come back and stay here again.

Great Location

This property is in a great location on Hilton Head with easy access to the beach and a quick drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Gail was a fantastic host that was great at communicating and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal place just off the beach!

Absolutely wonderful place! Just off the beach but yet secluded and quiet. Hosts were very gracious and always available if we needed anything. The entire place was very tidy and clean, and we took advantage of the free access to the Marriott pool and hot tubs next door. Will definitely be back!

Great rental and fantastic hosts

I can't say enough about our week in this unit. The hosts communicated great, and the home was even nicer than we expected. The location was perfect and having access to the Marriott facilities was an added bonus. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Wonderful Family Stay on HHI

Spring Break on HHI

Perfect location

Amazing Birthday trip! The hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. We all felt like we were at home. The high end appliances made our kitchen experience above board. What a relaxing vacation without any drama. We will definitely come back to this property!

Perfect Stay!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay! Gail and her husband were the epitome of southern hospitality. They were excellent hosts, and their house was clean and perfect for our vacation. It is steps from the beach and also provides access to the Marriott which was a huge benefit for us! Coligny Plaza and Adventure Park were about a 1 mile easy walk. We enjoyed everything about our stay, and we hope to make it back!! We would highly recommend it!

Summer Vacation with kids and In-laws

My wife and I along with our 12 and 7 y/o and mother and father in-law stayed the week here. Perfect location for hanging at the beach or going out on the town. The Marriott amenities make this setting even more accommodating with the pools and bar/grill within 200ft of your door. Gail was a super helpful and friendly host and went out of her way to make us comfortable. Stay here and you won't regret it, we will stay here again for sure.

Short Walk to the Beach

We spent the month of March at this lovely vacation rental. Gail and Michael are wonderful hosts and a great source of local knowledge for information on restaurants and attractions. Beds were very comfy and the kitchen well stocked. The unit is quiet and was well kept and clean. Michael and Gail went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Michael even replaced the TV when the remote wouldn't work properly. We highly recommend this rental property!

Hidden Gem

This listing is newly renovated and immaculate. No bugs, smell, or other sanitary issues. Plenty of towels, bed sheets, etc. Gail is an incredible host. She also provides access to the Marriot complex next to the property, as well as passes to Sea Pines. The walk-way to the beach is easy and this part of the beach in Hilton Head is less crowded. Would definitely stay again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. The hosts were outstanding. They are responsive, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The entire experience was seamless from booking through checkout.Our short, easy walk to the beach was stress free. The property itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. We had everything we needed for a perfect vacation - from the beach chairs to the gas grill to the first aid kit for a Band-Aid! One of the highlights was access to the Grande Ocean facilities and amenities. We had the benefit of a separate residence but also enjoyed the pools, hot tubs, and bar/grill literally next door.

This rental is fantastic, one of the best we have rented! Gail and Michael were so helpful and friendly, and we felt so welcomed the whole week we rented! The rental was spacious, very clean, and well stocked! The living area was the perfect size for relaxing, watching a Sabres game or a movie at night. The location was also ideal! The unit itself was quiet and private but we used the pool next door, had lunch and drinks at Loggerheads, and enjoyed the live music every afternoon! It was safe for our kids to walk over and meet their friends staying at the resort. It’s also close to Coligny and Sea Pines, so on the days it was cooler, we were able to explore those areas on bikes.
