Close to Sea Pines resort and other attractions where you can walk or rent a bike and go for a joy ride up the beach. Full size washer and dryer for your conveniences. The area is quiet and peaceful, but still close enough to bike to restaurants, shops, and Coligny Plaza.One of the best parts was having access to the Marriott pool and hot tubs. It felt like having a resort experience with the privacy of a condo. We also really appreciated how easy everything was, from check-in to communication with the host. Gail was incredibly responsive and kind, and made sure we were well taken care of from start to finish.This place is exactly what we were hoping for, comfortable, convenient, and relaxing. Perfect location for hanging at the beach or going out on the town. The Marriott amenities make this setting even more accommodating with the pools and bar/grill within 200ft of your door. Gail was a super helpful and friendly host and went out of her way to make us comfortable. Stay here and you won't regret it, we will stay here again for sure. ##### Forrest B. New and very clean home, parking right outside the front door. Keyless doorknob is great. Lounges and umbrellas for rent on the beach. Lifeguard on duty 9:00-5:00\. The proximity to the beach and hotel pools cannot be beat, only a hundred yards or so. The house is great and has everything you could need, including beach chairs and beach towels. Gail and Michael are great hosts and are easily reached if needed. We look forward to our next vacation with them! ##### Kevin A.
