21 Ruddy Turnstone is a magnificent 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath home just 4th row from the ocean and located next to the beach walk for easy access to the beach. This home includes all the amenities you would expect to find in a premier home including a beautiful private pool and spa\*. You will love all the new furnishings on the 1st floor, they are more coastal, beachy and updated!  
  
This home has two master suites, a large living room, formal dining room and a loft with a queen sleeper sofa. The main living room provides plenty of comfortable seating with two large sofas, two swivel armchairs, a 75" SMART TV mounted above the fireplace and a wall of windows looking out onto the pool. The gourmet kitchen is just behind the living area and offers stainless appliances, antique style cabinets, granite counters, and a breakfast bar that seats five. The attached dining area has a large distressed wood table with seating for eight and a wet bar/buffet with beverage cooler. The kitchen/dining area also has access to the small back deck that leads down to the pool area.  
  
The master bedroom on the 1st level has a king bed, 40" Roku TV and features a gorgeous private bath, with his and her vanities, sunken tub and separate shower. There is a 1/2 bath located on this level as well. Up 8 steps is a laundry room and two more bedrooms. The first room has two twin beds, 27" TV and private bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower. The second guest room has a queen bed with 32" TV and private bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower.   
  
Upstairs on the third level are two more bedrooms and the loft area. The loft has a sleeper sofa, table for 4, and a 40" Roku TV. The second master suite has a king bed, 32" TV and private bathroom with shower only, which can also be accessed from the hallway. The final bedroom has two queen beds, 32" TV with a private bathroom that has a combination tub/shower with unique brick tile.  
  
A fence surrounds the pool, along with beautiful trees and landscaped bushes, providing the utmost in privacy for your dream home. The connecting spa has a soothing waterfall feature. After arriving home from the beach, enjoy the outdoor shower. This one-of-a-kind Sea Pines luxury home will provide a memorable vacation for your family.

House was very close to the beach which we enjoyed daily! Easy walk along path to beach area. Everyone had their own bed / bath rooms. Eating area was a little tight and pool area was as well but we overall had a great time

#### October HHI Wedding

Great accommodation, very comfortable and terrific location for 8 adults and one toddler. Uber rides into and out of property were easily coordinated for our group to enjoy wedding events at the Sonesta Resort in Shipyard. Property Manager was very responsive to our needs. the beach towels and beach chairs were a pleasant surprise. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The rental house had everything we needed. Kitchen was stocked well, quality furniture and plenty of space for everyone. But we lucked up on where we were located, easy walk to the beach, close to several golf courses. Everyone was happy, thank you for providing a great spot to relax.

It’s been 20 years since our last family vacation to Hilton Head. Then with our kids and now with their kids & our grand children. HHI has grown and changed but the vibe remains! Our 1st time in Sea Pines. The property in a great location and well situated for beach and pool activity. Ideal for large families. Certainly a return to HHI sooner than anther 20 years.

the house is a very short walk to the beach and the beach is wonderful. The house is awesome, feels very spacious with 3 levels. The kitchen is well appointed. The pool required some care when we arrived, but the property manager was very responsive and rectified promptly. Highly recommend staying here
