Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25\. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee. Note: The community has a standard policy requiring all vendors or service providers — including those delivering food or performing services — to purchase a commercial pass, which costs $15. Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided during your stay.
