Located 2 blocks from the beach, 2 Egret sets the tone for a luxury vacation with ample amenities and comforts. This home features all new flooring, paint, furniture, bathrooms, kitchen and more! Egret 2 has an open floor plan, multiple living areas, a gourmet kitchen and fantastic sleeping accommodations. As you enter the home, you're greeted with natural light, a coastal vibe and wall-to-wall wood flooring. Entering the home from the back door, there is a pool bar to your left equipped with a mini-fridge and cocktail-making tools. To your right through the sliding doors enjoy access to the private patio and pool. Further into the home, you'll find the first of two living areas, as well as the dining area. This living room features plush furnishings and a 65” wall-mounted Smart TV viewable from the kitchen and dining area. The quaint dining area seats 8 with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen island. The spacious kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and a large island. The ample cabinet space and separate pantry paired with the well-stocked kitchen make cooking a meal for your group an absolute joy. At the front of the home, you'll find an additional living area with a large, plush sectional and wall-mounted 65” Smart TV. The designer blue ceiling, shiplap feature wall and ambient electric fireplace in this room create that “curl up with a good book” cozy feeling after a long day on the beach. The stunning over-sized primary suite features a king bed, sitting area and 55” Smart TV above an electric fireplace perfect for a little time away from the rest of your crowd. The en-suite private bathroom has gorgeous mosaic marble floors, quartz countertops and dual vanities with a large tiled walk-in shower with double shower heads. The second guest room rivals the primary suite by offering a king bed, 43” Smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub and a separate marble walk-in shower. The third bedroom features a queen bed, sitting area, 43” Smart TV and a private bathroom with a marble tub/shower combination. The final bedroom will be perfect for the kids of the group! This room features two sets of custom twin bunk beds, a day bed and a Smart TV. This room has access to a hall bathroom with a marble tub/shower combination and coastal pebble floor. Not to be missed is the private, fenced-in pool complete with café lights overhead and lounge chairs on the deck. Please note: the pool can not be heated. However, The house was not cleaned well before we arrived, it smelled like mold/sewer gas the whole time we were there, and was not on par compared to other rentals we have stayed at in the area. When we arrived, we were welcomed by handwritten notes all over the severely corroded refrigerator where the ice maker did not work. In addition, we could not get the Wi-Fi working for days. We were more overwhelmed with the smell when we arrived that lasted the entire week. We called the property manager immediately on Saturday and they did not get back with us until Monday. Normally, in the past other companies got back with us fairly quickly. Turns out the Internet password was incorrect on the refrigerator and they were never able to get rid of the smell which is now embedded in all of our clothes. The furniture was falling apart in some of the rooms, stained and moldy carpet, and mold on the ceilings in some areas. The unrelenting pungent odor every time we came back to the house was the most challenging issue. We’ve always had a positive experience in our past rentals However this was not the case with this home. If you’re looking for a four bedroom, four bath home however, there are not many options and the location was great. ##### Bradley J. Great location, super spacious which was great. Loved all the bathrooms for all the guests and the large kitchen table was fantastic. Cleaning services before arrival could be better - some garage in bedrooms not emptied and trash on the floor in bedrooms. Very dusty, especially on the lamp shades. Could use a big 1x super duper cleaning. Also, could use a 1x big tree and bushes trimming so that the pool isn't so dirty. Outside furniture is old and not welcoming at all.
