This beautifully updated Anchorage condo features tranquil water views from the living area and a private covered balcony. The living area has comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV and is open to the dining area that has seating for four. The well-appointed kitchen has everything needed to cook meals for your guests, as well as a window that functions as a pass-thru to the balcony. This Palmetto Dunes villa sleeps 6 guests in 2 comfortable bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV and a private remodeled bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a twin bed and a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top This room has and access to a renovated hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. This property has covered parking for one of the two allowed vehicles. The apartment was super clean with updates in every room. We loved having breakfast by the windows and looking for fish and turtles. The living was perfect for the 4 of us to sprawl out and watch a movie at night. The bathrooms were clean and spacious, and the bedrooms were perfect for us and the boys (2 teenagers). We used the bikes provided by the rental as well as 2 other rented bikes to get to and from Burke’s Beach (20 min bike ride). We loved having dinner in the Harbour area and walking around the arts festival. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials, and the ice maker was key for our cooler! It was great having covered, dedicated parking, as well. Overall, a fabulous place to stay with family and we’d recommend it to anyone! ##### Abby G. The location was very clean and offered all the amenities and conveniences of home so that we could spend more time exploring the island. Plenty of things to do within biking distance - having the 2 bikes available as part of the booking was a plus. That being said, there was no info as to if the bikes should be stored at night (no lock available nor a key to storage area to ensure bikes are not taken) so we had to find a lock and helmets elsewhere. Would have liked more info up front on the listing about the rental credit that is offered (vs after the booking completion) as we had already purchased some things. The staff were responsive - watch your confirmation email to ensure it has an entry code to the unit as ours did not have one - I had to ask for it and super quick reply.
