Here’s what our previous guests have liked best:brand new king size bed in master. Queen sized bed in guest with a daybed. Our fully equipped kitchen has all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you will need for full family meals or a quick snack after a day at the beach. There is also a new oven, a new, very quiet dishwasher, microwave, toaster, an ice maker in the full-size refrigerator, a new 12 cup coffee maker with a thermos pot, and storage space for groceries. The dining table comfortably seats six adults. You can also leave your beach chairs and umbrella at home because we provide them, along with a beach wagon, and sand toys. Our place is constantly being refreshed in order to make your stay as perfect as possible. Need to stay connected or stream Internet content? Our villa has its own dedicated Internet service (not shared) featuring 200 mps download and 20 mps upload speeds. • “The beds were very comfortable and both bathrooms were beautifully redone” Both bathrooms were completely remodeled in 2021 and feature a luxurious walk-in shower in the master bath, and a stylish wraparound tiled tub in the guest bath. One guest even noted that her family of five could take back-to-back showers without running out of hot water! There are televisions in both bedrooms, multiple surge-protected outlets, and each is nicely decorated in a relaxing seaside motif you’ll be sure to appreciate after a long fun-filled day! • “The complex is fantastic, with a large pool, beach bar, restaurant and well-kept grounds” The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Club features the island’s biggest pool, and a second, smaller pool. It also has a beach bar, a full-menu restaurant, a pizzeria and an ice cream stand! Feeling athletic? Then be sure to check out the competition quality tennis courts and the six new pickle ball courts (paddles available in condo), a fitness room and the on-site bike rentals. At low tide you can ride for miles on the beach or use the extensive island bike paths for longer adventures. A short walk through the resort to the beautiful white sandy beaches provides an opportunity for early risers to enjoy breathtaking sunrises, while providing the later risers opportunities to watch dolphins frolic throughout the day. We normally stay at Fiddler's Cove, but tried Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort after hearing good things about it. We have 2 small children and the resort has a great playground. We did get a pool day in before having to leave. There was a small baby pool for our littlest and the main pool had a large area that was around 3+ ft deep, so my 7 year old could play unassisted. Its a family resort, so plenty of kids around to make friends with. A pool side beach bar is connected and we had lunch and ice cream there. The condo is not on the beach but a short walk (5-7 min) to beach access which is important to us with little ones and a bunch of beach gear. Being on the backside of the building, it seemed to be quieter than it might be on the parking lot side. You will need to go up a few stairs. Tropical Storm Debby unfortunately rolled in after we had been at the condo a day and half, ruining our annual vacation week. The host was empathetic to our situation and offered an alternative solution that made us hopeful for a return visit next year. They were easily reached, responsive when we contacted them and gave attention to concerns presented to them. ##### Kristi A. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach and close to the playground. It was well stocked and pretty clean. The resort itself had some weird things they were strict on compared to others, but they were pretty laid back at the pool and generally nice. Though, some things at the condo seemed to be falling apart a little (i.e. dining room chairs, screen door to the sliding door was difficult to use), it was well kept and we were very thankful for the kindness and communication with who we rented from! The unit overlooks a nice lagoon (especially from the back porch) and a fairly regular alligator visitor is safely and easily viewed just 20 yards from the unit (sunning on the lagoon bank). The HHI Beach and Tennis Resort is in a great kocation on the island, easy access to a great beach, terrific tennis and pickle ball opportunities, bike rentals on site, and bike path a stone’s throw away. Easy access to many excellent golf courses. It’s helpful that there are two bathrooms. TV in both bedrooms and living room area. Dining table comfortably seats six. Kitchen is fine. Owner/hosts were very accessible and anxious to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Easy access to many good restaurants, movie theater, shops etc. I definitely recommend this property. ##### Fred B. Well-stocked kitchen with great pots and pans. Comfortable beds. Good location near the playground with a view of the lagoon and a relatively easy walk to the beach and pool, even with small kids. The lagoon view entertained us with many turtle and gator sightings. The ease of walking just a few steps to get to your vehicle makes it easy on families! The kid’s bedroom was perfect for our crew. The beds were very comfortable and clean. You can tell the mattresses are newer. Closets had plenty of space to hang clothing. The most impressive thing about the unit was the water heater. My family of 5 could shower back to back without running out of hot water. Bike rental on the property was a simple process. Overall, we where very happy with our stay. Hilton Head is such a wonderful place for families to vacation. We can’t wait to return! ##### Kami D. Short 8 minute walk to the beach. We also enjoyed playing pickleball at the courts. We had an unforeseen issue and the owners were both understanding and accommodating. Both bathrooms were beautifully redone. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed and more! Very short (6-8 min) walk to beach.
