Heated Beach Side Pool Discover the ultimate beachfront escape at 409 Ocean Dunes, where every detail has been thoughtfully redesigned to enhance your Hilton Head experience. Recently remodeled, this villa offers an exceptional oceanfront view on one of the island's finest beaches. The villa features two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a combined living and dining area. As you cook, enjoy watching dolphins play in the waves right from your kitchen window! For your convenience, the villa includes wireless internet, and each bedroom and the living room are equipped with flat-screen TVs. The master bedroom is elegantly furnished with a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom features two twin beds. The living room provides additional sleeping space with a queen sleeper sofa. Step out onto the well-appointed balcony from the living room to savor outdoor dining or simply relax as you watch the sunrise over the ocean. Located on the south end of the island along South Forest Beach Drive, Ocean Dunes is just a short walk from Coligny Plaza, offering a variety of shops and dining options. The property sits approximately 70 yards from the ocean, ensuring stunning views and easy beach access. The Ocean Dunes, oceanfront pool is now a heated pool which will be open seven days a week all year long. The temperature will be set to 82 degrees, that is the industry standard. The pool hours are from 9AM till sunset. Guests also have access to the Hilton's Oceanside Bar and Grill and Starbucks products! The whole process of checking in, finding the unit, communication, checking out was seamless. We were never given check-in instructions, so we showed up at the gate without a code. Had to call the property management and turns out you had to check-in across the street! Never was given information regarding this - checked the VRBO app and emails again, and no check-in information. After we checked in, we found lots of glass on the floor of the master bedroom. My husband picked up all of the glass and I let the property management know of the issue - they offered to come have someone clean it up, but we had already done so. Overall it was a great stay - amazing location, perfect views from the 4th floor. Plenty of room for my husband and I and our two kids (11 and 14). ##### Stephanie B. The views, beach access, and pool were all excellent. We saw dolphins many days! The lifeguards saw sharks and jellyfish a few days which prevented swimming, but overall a great time on the beach. The elevator stopped working Sunday which made it very difficult for family members to get up and down from the condo on the 4th floor. Luckily it was fixed the next day. ##### Ashley W.
