Upon entering 1 Night Harbour your eyes will be drawn to the light and bright family room with views out to a lush backyard and relaxing pool and spa. You will enjoy sitting on the updated and new Trek Decking to enjoy the Lowcountry air. There are three Championship golf courses located in Palmetto Dunes and this home sits on the 11th hole of the Robert Trent Jones course with breathtaking ocean views.

The pristine sandy beach is just a short 2 minute walk for you and your family. Whether building sand castles, beach combing, or just relaxing and taking in the cool ocean breeze this location is the very best in Palmetto Dunes.

As you enter our home you will be welcomed into the large freshly painted family room with plenty of seating for everyone on our spacious, sectional couch. Our upscale kitchen is open to the family room and offers a Thermador gas cooktop, SubZero refrigerator, two sinks, microwave, wine cooler and ice maker. Adjacent is a breakfast room with a new dining table for 6. The French doors just off the breakfast room lead out to a spacious, new deck with ample seating and an inviting pool and spa.

On the opposite side of our kitchen is our beautiful dinning room with enough space to seat 10 guests comfortably.

There are 3 bedrooms downstairs each with king beds and private newly renovated baths with tubs, separate updated showers and double sinks. These 3 bedrooms have 3 new 65 inch smart TV's.
Upstairs you will find a game room with a foosball table and plenty of seating on the comfortable couch.
There are 3 more bedrooms upstairs. The first has 3 twin beds and a private bathroom and another bedroom with 2 twin beds and a private bathroom and the third bedroom has a king sized bed with a private bathroom along with a new 55 inch smart TV.

Whether you are an avid golfer or beach lover, 1 Night Harbour provides it all.

Perfect location! Had beautiful weather for our three night stay. Donna attentive to our one minor issue. Perfect size for our four adult couples. Will definitely stay there again if available for our annual couples getaway.

Paradise Found

We loved the cleanliness and size of the house but our favorite things were the pool/spa and closeness to the beach! We had a slight issue when we got there and Jon was super responsive and took care of it immediately! We had a great week and I highly recommend this house!

Excellent VRBO House

8 adults for a golf holiday. We all loved the house, amenities and location( 2 mins to the beach). Jon and Donna Strebe were excellent property managers and very responsive to any queries or issues, of which there were very few. It would be a great house for families to enjoy as lots of space, bedrooms, amenities and a great pool and hot tub. Would rebook anytime!

Perfect choice

4 couples stayed for 4 nites the first weekend in Nov. We had a GREAT time - the house is lovely and we had more than enough room for everyone. The baths are all large and spacious and the kitchen/great room area made cooking and hanging out together nice and easy. We highly recommend this home and look forward to a return visit.

Fabulous Family Vacation

Our family of 11 stayed at this property for four nights. Everything was perfect. It is as beautiful as described on VRBO. The kids loved the two minute walk to the beach as well as the pool and hot tub. The three main on-suites were perfect for our six adults and the children took over the upper level with dance parties and foosball. The property is very nicely decorated and very clean. Having beach chairs, towels, and toys was a huge plus. Our stay could not have been better.

Annual HH Trip

We’ve been going to HH since 1980, pretty much every year. As our family grows, so does our need for more bedrooms and more space. This 6 BR home fits our needs perfectly. We’ve stayed here 2 years in a row and plan to be back in 2023. Jon and Donna, the property managers, are very attentive, easy to work with, and down home friendly.

Perfect Family Retreat

We planned a 4 generation family trip and the property did not disappoint. Having a 6 bedroom house, all with private bathrooms was fantastic, when coming back from the beach. Speaking of the beach, it truly was a few minute walk to the beach & much less crowded than other parts nearer to condo buildings. The pool also provided a nice relaxing place to hang out at after a hot day at the beach. We ate every meal but 1 at the house and never felt like anything was missing as to appliances, cookware, etc. Overall a fantastic experience including communications with Jon.

Great vacation property

Home is pretty much as advertised does show some wear but hard to find a rental property that doesn't so not a problem. Pool was very private and cleaned twice a week. Very safe location in gated community among other beautiful homes. Easy walk to the beach which had few people on it the second week in September. Jon and Donna were the property managers and were excellent in answering any questions and arranging an early check in. Have been going to Hilton Head for 30+ years and would recommend this property for a couple or group of people. Plenty of bedrooms and baths, we enjoyed our stay.

Great summer gateway

We had a great time staying at 1 Night Harbor. The house is located on a quiet street and has only one next door neighbor. The other lot is not developed, which provides for a very secluded and enjoyable backyard experience. The pool was our favorite place to hang out, as it was partially shaded most of the day. The only suggestions we have is to upgrade the mattresses, update patio furniture and restock the kitchen, towels and bedding.

The house was suitable for our needs and everyone was comfortable.

We had a great stay here. The home is showing more wear than the previous year and is due for some updating. The location and size of the home are both great. There is a new construction home going in right next door which takes away from some of the back yard privacy. This house was fine for a bunch of guys but I think a large family might be underwhelmed. The property management company was great. Very professional and responsive.

Spacious Home and Very Convenient Location

This was the perfect location for our group of adult siblings, spouses and 1 kiddo. Rooms were very spacious and the advantage of so many bathrooms was really appreciated. It was a very easy and close walk to the beach. We loved riding bikes and while some brought their own there was a rental company close to our entrance to Palmetto Dunes. Limited traffic and good sidewalks made this a daily event. We also enjoyed riding on the beach since the sand was packed and firm enough that it wasn't a struggle. Book ahead of your vacation for bike delivery to the house or 3 wheel bikes - Hilton Head Outfitters and bike rental. Other excursions we were able to book 1-2 days prior so we could watch the weather and plan accordingly. Savannah was an enjoyable day trip. The pool was wonderful but we would have paid for the heating if we would have understood that it was required for the Hot Tub to be heated. Great and very prompt communications with Ryan. Overall one of the BEST vacation experiences for our family group and we've been doing this for 11 years.

Wonderful Week in Palmetto Dunes!

We recently had a wonderful week at 1 Night Harbor in Palmetto Dunes. This included a total of 13 people from three families, which matched up perfectly with the 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. Each of the parents had their own master king suite and bathroom downstairs while all of our 7 teenagers had three bedrooms and a bonus room/loft to themselves upstairs with their own bathrooms. The house was well stocked with everything that we needed. We prepared several meals and used the grill and ovens quite often. There is also a refrigerator in the garage, which was great for storing all of our drinks. We enjoyed the ping pong table, foosball table, and pool. It was great that 10 beach towels were included. The garage is well stocked with beach chairs, a pull cart, and some other beach items, which helped us limit the number of items we had to bring with us. The location was perfect with only a very short walk to the beach. The beach access has a ramp instead of steps (great for our pull carts). This section of beach is not crowded. We understand from other reviews that the deck is being replaced this fall. Also, the construction on the house next to us was not an issue at all (they appear to be working on finishes inside, which minimized the noise). Overall, this was a great house and we would definitely stay there again. The property managers were great and very responsive.

Favorite House in Palmetto Dunes

Overall, we had a great stay! The house is beautiful and location was amazing. The house could use some basic kitchen tools etc. There is a very limited number of glasses in the kitchen to be more specific. Also, the AC at the back of the house was a challenge. It never really got cool back there. We would definitely stay there again :)
