Enjoy the beautiful outside deck space with propane grill and outdoor seating perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen and tasteful updates make this property ideal for family vacations or travelling with friends. Sleeping arrangements include two king master suites, and a pair of twin beds and a bunk bed in the large 3rd bedroom. The third bedroom's twins can be converted to a king upon request. There is also a den with a queen sized sleeper sofa in it. Smart TVs throughout, stunning surrounding and a location that can't be beat, this home has been to setting for many amazing Sea Pines memories. Centrally located on the ocean side of North Sea Pines Drive, this property comes with free bikes for exploring the Sea Pines Forest Preserve, biking to Harbor Town to take in the shops, marina, water sports or the South Beach Village-home of the Salty Dog cafe. Another plus is your free pass to the fitness center-- with a variety of scheduled classes. The home was very nice and spacious. Nicely decorated and I loved they didn't just use all white towels in the bathrooms. We lived that it was waking distance to the beach and it had a pool at the house. I lived that it was not far from restaurants so it was an easy drive to get there. I wish we could've stayed one more day. The only thing that I wish the cleaning fees was not so high and it also would've been nice to have gotten some of the fees back if the place was left in good condition. I've rented other vacation rentals and I normally get at least the deposit fees back. I loved that the owners responded to questions I had before we got there. Plus Jessica gave me great suggestions on things to do and see while we were there. I would definitely book this property again. It felt like we had our own section of the beach. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet. Having the pool in the backyard is an added bonus. ##### Tom W. The kitchen was well stocked but kind of disorganized. Little disappointed with the ice maker the one with the fridge was broke and the built in one was very slow in producing ice. Nice pool, great AC and just a short walk to the beach. Jessica was very responsive to questions prior and during our stay. Only minor concerns were 2 TV’s did not work and guests are expected to contact Spectrum to resolve. Bikes were not in good shape. Dry, rusty chains. Guests are expected to contact rental place to get replacements. Think these things should be checked out before guest arrival. Overall, a very positive experience. ##### Russell T. The place was very nice, perfect size for our group, the outdoor space was nice with the pool. The mosquitos were definitely biting by the pool but that is not really avoidable. The wi-fi instructions were not accurate but we managed to figure it out and notified the owner, so that should be updated for the next guest. Some of the bathrooms were a little small without much counter space but that was not a big deal. There were some ants on the kitchen counter but I think this is always going to happen near the beach. On a positive note, the location was perfect, it was only a 5 minute walk to the beach give or take. The common areas were nice, and big enough for our group of 8, there was a washer / dryer which came in handy, and it was really helpful that the storage closet by the table outside had a wagon / umbrella / chairs / sand toys / boogie boards, etc. This really made travel very easy as we didn't have to bring nearly as much. There were also a lot of glasses / plates etc., and I enjoyed having the ice machine as well! There were also 2 bikes out front which was great, although unfortunately we didn't get around to using them. Lastly, the owner was very helpful and responsive via email when I had questions after booking. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back to Sea Pines! ##### Andrew C. The floors have been upgraded, and are beautiful. As always everything you need is provided for cooking, lots of pool toys, beach towels and chairs, and 2 bikes. Very close quick walk to the beach, which makes it so easy with kids. The outdoor shower is an added bonus for rinsing off that sand. The beach is also not crowded at all (we go first week in June each year) and always lovely. Owners are always friendly, and quick to get back with you if needed. Carpet is being replaced soon and was our only complaint. The surrounding homes were quiet and people were very welcoming. We saw deer on the beach and just enjoyed the private beach area.
