Condo was clean, had nice updates, and we had great communication with the owner. She even messaged me to let me know we could check in a little early which we loved, driving from Ohio. We did, however, stay at a condo last year at the resort that was packed full with beach chairs, boogey boards and sand toys so to save space in our car this year we decided to leave ours at home and use the owners. This condo did not have any beach toys or boogey boards and the two beach chairs that they did have were rusted. This is of no fault to the owner, I should have asked beforehand. Also we had a child sleeping on the pullout couch and besides a bedsheet, there were no other blankets for it so we had to run to the store and buy one. You may want to bring your own if you will also be using the pullout couch. All in all, a wonderful time 😊 ##### brandi c. It was so easy to rent and the owner was prompt with answers to any questions I had. The only issue I had was when my friend arrived they did not have her parking pass. Security gave me a number to call and the person I spoke with was very rude and basically accused me of lying about paying for the pass.
