3 Surf Watch Way, Hilton Head is a 4,450 square foot home, located just steps from Burke's Beach, boasts an open concept floor plan perfect for entertaining. Enjoy family movie nights in the media room on the 2nd floor, equipped with a large flat-screen TV and recliners. The garage features a putting green, foosball table, air hockey, and arcade machine with over 25 games. Outside, the massive patio includes an outdoor bar, dining table, pool, and hot tub seating 6 comfortably. This house is the ideal vacation spot in Hilton Head. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, 3 Surf Watch Way offers the ultimate vacation getaway.

FREE activities included with our signature Southern Hospitality Pass! Your pass includes one free round of golf daily at partner courses like the Heritage Collection and the Brown Group. Note: This is per day, not per person. You also receive one free round of miniature golf each day at Adventure Cove and one complimentary bike from Island Cruisers to start your stay. A $25 delivery fee applies for one bike; additional bikes are delivered free and available at a discount.

Pool: 14' by 24', The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $500/week, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Last minute requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉. This fee is not included in VRBO total and will be added once your reservation has been made..

Coach Saban’s house

Lots of lights burned out and hot water ran out every day with 8 adults. READ what is included in the house because lots of things are NOT included- (ex: hair dryer). The extent of the rules and add on charges had me looking for Coach Saban constantly.

Beautiful, well-appointed home close to everything

The house is beautiful and well-appointed. The rooms are spacious, and the spaces are well-designed for multiple people. There were 8 of us, and the house was beyond ample. Easy walk to the beach, the park, and even putt putt golf. Would definitely visit again.

Family vacation

Beautiful house ! Pictures are how it looks. Rooms are all big. Each couple had a beautiful comfortable bed and bathroom and a large closet. We walked to the beach everyday (8 min) away. We could have a get together in the living room or kitchen or outside with the pool and bar, lots of room. Had lots of fun downstairs with the putting greens and games. I love Hilton Head 😎

A Great Family Getaway Home

We arrived after dark and were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and condition of the home. The furniture was in good condition, everything in the kitchen worked, and the kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils. The young kids were thrilled with the activities in the basement - Ping-pong table was used a lot as well as the Air Hockey and putting greens. We chose not to heat the pool but the young kids (and some adults) loved the hot tub and played in it everyday. There was a large TV in just about every area which had a variety of streaming services available. There was a pleasant 4 block walk to the beach along a paved path that bordered a park. One negative was the house alarm that went off regularly (5 a.m. one morning). We were told to hit the * key to disable but it would go off several hours later. Although the house instructions indicated there was a recycling pickup each week there was no bin provided for the recycling and we were loathe to throw these materials away.

Guys Golf Trip

House was fantastic, really nice area with proximity to most of the island within 10 minutes. Pool, hot tub, and outdoor bar area were really special. Lots of tv's which was great and plenty of seating and beds. The basement garage area was an entertainers paradise and really a great add.

Family beach trip

Rental management company was very engaging and proactive in getting you the info you needed before you needed. The property was nice. The house was not too far from beach access but the last stretch in the sand was brutal lugging kids and beach gear. Many other reviews complained about the lower level game room being hot, and it was, some fans would definitely help. We did find if you kept all the doors closed and the dehumidifier going it would bring the humidity down enough that you could stand it for a little while. Overall experience was great though.

Great Beach Week

Beautiful property with lots of space. We thoroughly enjoyed all the games/activities in the garage. The pool was enjoyed daily and the property manager was very responsive with a few requests. The beds were comfortable and the living room was spacious for all of us (12) of us to spread out and watch movies together. We would highly recommend this house and hope to be back again soon.

Great house

Stayed here for a golf trip. It was a great house to accommodate our group of 8. Big open area for kitchen/dining/living. Although, it didn’t get used much there is even a second sitting area on the second floor if anyone needed to get away from the group. Basement was fun we only wish there was more holes. Outdoor area is small, but was perfect for our group. My only suggestion would be a cabinet of some sort in the laundry room, all of the cabinets are stocked with the essentials so all dried goods have to stay out on the counter. Other than that it was a great stay, would love to come back!

Hot water heater malfunctioned. Water leaking from ceiling. No hot water. Had to leave a day early as they could not replace the water heater during the stay. Worst experience ever. Property management said I could not get full night stay back because vrbo charged more than what they rented the property for.

Easy to find. Pool accommodates 12 adults, shoulder to shoulder. Kitchen appliances-exhaust fan and microwave inoperable. Family room and dining room are spacious. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Housekeeping cleanliness is a "C"

Beautiful open floor plan of all common areas. Large bedrooms each with ample washrooms. Great out door set-up with bar area, table seating, and deck for sunbathing; all surrounding inground pool. Very short distance to Burke's Beach, walkable if you're not traveling heavy with gear or children. Shopping very nearby, many options. Overall excellent stay.

Summer 2020 Family Get Together

A wonderful place for a beach family get together. The pool in back was a surprisingly fun attraction for all 5 of our grandchildren! The property management quickly responded to a minor issue issue and completely resolved the matter.

graduation get together

the size of the house was perfect for our complete family of 11. The pool and hot tub was a great social gathering area. We did wish that there was air conditioning in the game room area and the main TV had all the channels as the bedrooms.
