The townhome is also right on the Sea Pines bike path and is just a 5 min walk to 36-holes of golf and a 10min walk to the beach. This locations is IDEAL! Whether you just want to take a walk or when you only have one car and want everyone in the house to come and go as they please without needing a ride to get somewhere. You and your guests come and go as they please. The townhome offers a complete and updated kitchen, 6-person dining room, a great deck overlooking a peaceful lagoon, a guest bedroom with a TV and 2 twin beds and the master bedroom with king bed, jacuzzi tub and bathroom countertop with 2 sinks.
