This is one of the closest units to the beach, pool and beach bar. The balcony overlooking the pond/fountain, boardwalk, and ocean view is one of the best places to spend time! The kitchen is updated and fully equipped with cooking and baking dishes, plates, bowls, and all utensils. The private master bedroom features a queen bed, closet, dresser, make-up area and bathroom access with new linens. Built in bunk beds with storage underneath fit two children. New sleeper sofa is located in the studio living area. Smart TVs are located in both the living room and master. Included for your use: three beach chairs, beach umbrella, two beach mats, boogie board, pickle ball equipment, tennis rackets, and sand toys. The resort features the largest beach front pool on the island and includes a poolside bar with grill and a separate ice cream stand! There are two restaurants onsite. CocoNutz Sports Bar and Gator's Pizza and Wings are located at the front of the resort (walking distance). CocoNutz features pool tables, frequent karaoke nights (kids allowed until 10pm) and other activities. Bike rental is available onsite. Gym and tennis located onsite. Must be 25 years or older to rent and the guest responsible for booking must be present the entire duration of the stay. No Smokers. If you are a smoker or plan to have a smoker present during your stay, please do not rent our condo. This includes all cigarettes, cigars, electronic nicotine delivery or any other substance that is burned resulting in smoke. No smoking of any type including vaping or other electronic nicotine delivery systems inside the condo, the exterior hallway or on the balcony. Any guest smoking in these areas will be fined $500, be responsible for all remediation costs, cleaning costs, furniture & fixture replacement and the full value for any lost rental income by owner. No pets of any kind inside the condo, the exterior hallway or on the balcony. Any guest with pets in these areas will be fined $500, be responsible for all remediation costs, cleaning costs, furniture & fixture replacement and the full value for any lost rental income by owner. The condo itself was clean and nicely furnished with cute beach-themed decor. The linens were nice and appeared to be fairly new. The condo was in very close proximity to the pool and beach, but situated on the perfect side of the building to also have a pretty and quiet view from the balcony. We enjoyed our HHI experience this week more than we expected and the location of this condo had a lot to do with it. We loved being on the first floor with 3 younger kids, as it was easier to haul things to and from the water. It is steps away from the pool and beach and we enjoyed most mornings out on the balcony with the fountain view and a little alligator friend too! ;) The condo provided us with sand buckets, boogie boards and beach chairs which was also helpful so we didnt have as much to pack. We spoke to the owner of the Condo about this and she sent pest control to help resolve the issue but then told us that we should not leave the sliding door open in order to prevent this. We never left the sliding door open as the AC was always running. We were told we would be getting no compensation due to this issue because no past visitors had this issue however we sent many picture proof evidence of the bugs.
