It is beautifully decorated and conveniently located within a very short walk to the beach. The ramp to the beach is helpful for dragging coolers and a beach wagon. The condo is well furnished with dishes, utensils and pots/pans. The full size washer and dryer is a nice touch. The bedrooms do not have ceiling fans, but box fans are available. The fans were a necessity since the AC cannot be turned down below 70 degrees and it was a very hot and humid week. The owner communicates well and made suggestions for local restaurants. There is a $25 parking fee that must be paid before receiving the parking pass for the week. We really enjoyed the condo, the beautiful pools and convenience to the beach. We have been coming here for several years and it never disappoints. The condo was fantastic! Very clean, had all the amenities we needed and the owner was extremely responsive when I had questions.
