Great 1 BR in a great location

Everything was as advertised. Spacious 1BR with well equiped and uptodate kitchen, bath, and living space. Loved the golf course view from the balcony, walking to the pool across the street or to the marina. Adequate parking. Only issue was finding the place after dark for late checkin, very dark and building/room numbers are hard to see in the dark (parking areas not very brightly lit). Vacation Compa y was excellent to work with.

The condo was very clean and well kept. It was a short walk to Harbour Town and a short ride to the beach. It was a great location.

Great unit and location

The unit is very nicely renovated, the location is great and the large pool is conveniently located right across the street. On the downside, the common area had a strong smoke odor, the laundry is not in the unit and we had a little difficulty getting into the unit as we had the wrong code. Overall, I would stay again.

Enjoyable Stay!

This was a great vacation getaway. The only recommendation I have would be more information about beach access, where to catch the trolleys (maybe a map from the condo), and things to do in the Sea Pines area. It would also be great to know if there are golf discounts from those renting in Sea Pines. Thanks for a great vacation!!

Beautiful upgraded condo!

From the moment we opened the front door we could tell that we had chosen well. The condo appeared as listed, only better! Comfortable and attractive furnishings, lovely paint colors, granite countertops, a well equipped kitchen and a balcony overlooking the beautiful Harbour Town golf links and clubhouse are just a few of the perks we enjoyed. We loved the proximity to the harbor and all that it offers in the way of shopping and dining, within a short walk. Can’t wait to return!

Very Clean, Modern, and a Great Vacation Spot!

I stayed at 913 Cutter Court for a week with my family and we had an amazing time. The staff at the Vacation Company is what really made the place over the top great. They are very responsive to any questions or concerns and want you to have a great time, they really go the extra mile to accommodate you. The apartment was super clean, it almost looks brand new. Especially the kitchen which is modern and very well equipped. We cooked a handful of times during our stay and honestly the kitchen had more things than my own does, I loved it! The location was great, the trolley stops right outside, the pool is within walking distance, beautiful view of a golf course, and it's located right behind the harbor town lighthouse where we walked at night. The parking situation was great as well, plenty of spots right out front. The pull out couch in the living room was really good quality and the bed in the bedroom was huge! Plenty of linens (sheets, towels, etc.). I think the only room for improvement could be if the place had a bigger tv. We weren't at the beach to watch tv anyway but it rained one night so it would've been nice to have a big tv but still the two tv's that are there are great, new, and sufficient size (plus they have a roku for netflix - huge plus!). The wifi was really quick too. If you're looking for a place for a quiet easy vacation then this is your spot! It's not ocean front but it sure does make up for it with the affordable price, trolley out front, modern amenities, pool close by, harbor town lighthouse close, the golf course view, and the staff behind the rental. I highly recommend, wish I could give the place more than 5 stars!

Can't beat the location!

We had a wonderful stay on 913 Cutter Court. The unit is clean and nicely decorated. Our two young daughters slept on the sofa bed and there was plenty of room throughout the unit for the 4 of us. You can't beat the location. Within steps to Harbour Town with it's restaurants, playground, water activities and live music concerts. I enjoyed my morning walks to the Harbour Town Cafe and Bakery (great lattes!). We had a wonderful vacation!

Very nice condo, the location is perfect!

We’ve stayed in Harbor Town many times, this was our second time at 913 Cutter Court. It’s clean, comfortable and so well equipped, we definitely will be back. My husband’s only issue is he wishes the television were bigger. We would definitely recommend this condo to our friends!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

Location, Location, Location!!!This was the perfect place to stay for the 2016 RBC Heritage Golf Tournament! The villa is decorated beautifully and is well appointed and you truly can’t beat the view from the balcony overlooking the Clubhouse and putting green! We’ve been coming to the tournament for 23 years and this villa was hands down the nicest place we have stayed. Hope to return for 2017! Richard and Tiffany

Wonderful, relaxing, enjoyable vacation! Beautifully decorated and very well equipped unit. Had all the items we needed. The only complaint is not being able to lower the A/C Unit below 70 degrees in fear of freezing the unit. We thoroughly enjoyed the location to all Harbour Town amenities and direct view of the "new" Harbour Town Clubhouse and newly renovated Harbour Town Golf Links. I enjoyed having my coffee on the balcony and listening to the music by "D's Guyz" under the oak tree was FABULOUS! We enjoyed the bike riding and visiting the "new" Beach Club as well as the beautiful, "new" Sea Pines Plantation Club. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful unit

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit a number of times. It is beautifully decorated with all amenities needed. The balcony is a great spot to sit back, relax and enjoy some relaxation. Harbor Town Golf Clubhouse is across the street and was recently renovated. It is gorgeous and you can see this along with the fairway of one of the golf holes from the balcony. We love how close this unit is to the harbor which we enjoy walking to in the evenings for dinner and other activities. We look forward to getting back down there soon!

Property Description Not Accurate

Potential renters should be aware of something that is not mentioned in the property description. The construction of a new golf-course clubhouse is currently taking place directly across from the balcony of this unit. As a result, you will be hearing construction noise (hammering on steel beams, the shrill beeps of construction machinery backing up, etc.) from 7 AM to 7 PM Monday through Saturday. The advertised "golf course views" were rapidly disappearing during the week my wife and I were there, obscured by the multi-story building going up. Mostly you will see construction trailers, steel beams, piles of dirt, heavy equipment, and portable toilets. We were completely unaware of this situation when we rented the unit, and were not told of it by the rental agency. Upon arriving and complaining, the rental agency did point out that we have been given a 100 dollar discount (but we were unaware of the reason for this) and told us that the owners would be willing to give us an additional 100 dollars off the 1000 dollar plus price of the unit. However, this reduction seemed to us like a small compensation for the irritation of the ugly view and constant noise. The rental agency offered to move us to another unit, but we didn't want to spend half a day of our vacation packing and unpacking again, so we declined. It's a nice unit, but not under these conditions. We feel like we should have been forewarned.
