The king master suite with a private bath also has private access to the deck and pool, and a 2nd-floor queen bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the pool. All just a few flip-flop steps from the beach and the Atlantic Ocean in the heart of Palmetto Dunes!

Easy walk to the beach and bike ride to all the activities one would need. Pool was perfect as was the deck/lounging area. Inside was new, clean and tastefully furnished and decorated. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations.

Ideal Beach House

This is an example of a superbly renovated beach house in a perfect location in Palmetto Dunes. The decor was beautiful and functional with plenty of room for 6 adults. We particularly enjoyed the promixity to the beach path as we went down every morning for sunrise. I look forward to renting this property again.

The Skinny on 6 High Rigger

A terrific house just steps from the beach (be sure to catch sunrises and sunsets). Plenty of room inside to spread out and the deck outside overlooking pool worked out great for entertaining friends (allowing us to remain socially distanced outdoors). Pool, bicycles, outdoor grill - this house had everything we needed for a low-impact, relaxing week away. Whole Foods, Krogers, Starbucks and more are a five minute drive from the house. Very close to tennis/pickleball and plenty of bike paths - although we stuck to beach, pool, grilling, and laying around. Enjoy.

Let me just say that this property has such a nice layout and is beautifully decorated. With a wonderful pool and 1 minute walk to the beach, who could ask for more. The management company was so quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay. Precious family memories were made at 6 High Rigger.

Great Summer Vacation

This property was wonderful. It was the perfect size for our group and the perfect location. We were close to the beach and all of the restaurants. The bikes included were great although could have had enough bikes for the number of people the house could hold, also baskets on the bikes would have been nice. The property was beautifully decorated and the pool was serviced twice when we were there. Would absolutely stay here again.

We have vacationed in Hilton Head for several years and usually stay at Singleton Beach. This was our first time at Palmetto Dunes. We have usually stayed ocean front, but I must say that the location of this property is almost equal to the ocean front. The house was probably one of my favorites that we have ever stayed in. I loved the décor, location and the hominess of it. The rental company that we went through was the most accommodating and well organized company that we have ever used. I would request this house again and would use the same rental company. Overall, one of our favorite vacations in Hilton Head.
