Trees block a lot of the ocean view, but you can still see some of the ocean. Very convenient for botht he ocean and the pool, and easy access and parking. Our only issue was the Wi-Fi and, therefore, the TV, did not work at all during our stay. Very disappointed in that. It was a known problem that I don't know why they don't fix.
