It is very close to the beach, so it was easy for all 17 of us to come and go as desired. It is also an easy walk to the Coligny area with its shopping, restaurants and playground areas. The pool is smaller than it appears in the pictures and we felt that the house is in need of some minor repairs, cleaning and maintenance. Toilet is installed too close to shower because it prevents door from swinging wider. Personal shower Head needs repair and better pressure.
