If Hill Top cabin is available; book it! The view of the Old Man River, and rolling hills are my favourite. The cabin has everything you could want for a weekend get away. Privacy, quiet, bird watching, and peace. The full kitchen made meal times easy, so there was no need for takeout food at all. The furniture and beds were comfortable; felt like I was at home. We had a special guest come by checking on us; a beautiful Burmese Mountain Dog. Happy, friendly, and liked to receive our scritches and scratches. This pup made sure to say good-bye to us, as well! This will be the place I will try to rent every trip I take to Ft. MacLeod area. To me and my sister, it felt magical. I found it would sleep 3 people comfortably; 1 double in the loft, and a single in the side room.
