9/10 Wonderful! (2,122 reviews)
The location was perfect. Near the metro and the White House/National monuments. We found reasonable parking about a 5 minute walk on K street. The water station on our floor was very convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when in DC.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,285 reviews)
Nothing like any Sofitel I knew in other cities and worse than few years ago when I visited here. Bed sheaths were unclean( stain on it!) and even though I took them off, they put them back again.
Will not come back here.

8.6/10 Excellent! (1,007 reviews)
Literally zero faults. The rooms are huge! The beds are enormous, everything is fresh, clean amd pristine.
Perfect walking distance to explore the sights of the City and plenty of bars/restaurants in the area.
Every single staff member could not have been any more helpful. Didn't catch their names but a huge shout out to the man on reception who helped put our minds at ease about how US train stations work and approximate time to arrive for our booked Amtrak.
Absolutely would stay again without any hesitation
