With regard to the highway and the way the DOT set up the highway, we wish that a turn had been made before the northbound traffic light so that it would make it easier to get to the hotel's driveway, but unfortunately, that is beyond our control.

We are sorry you were not aware of that prior to booking your reservation. As this is a relatively new hotel, we are sorry to hear that your bed was uncomfortable because all furnishings are pretty new. With respect to staff being "unhelpful," please reach out to the general manager so that, if you have specific details that can help with training staff to be more helpful, we can implement some training. Finally, our breakfast offering include yogurt, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches along with granola bars, cereals, muffins, juices, milk, coffee, tea, cocoa and fresh fruit. We are sorry if you were not able to find something in those selections that appealed to you.
