« We were not pleased with the guy the video guy who greeted us. That was very impersonal of the Hotel. We prefer to have someone a real person to greet us. Not someone on a zoom video. We did NOT like that part. The light in the bathroom was out. They never did fix it even though we asked them to. we were there for two days. The door keys only worked half the time. we had to keep getting new keys. »

« Reserved a room on Expedia because my ac went out - when I arrived was told my reservation was going to be cancelled because this location “doesn’t rent to locals”. After the front desk staff got permission from the hotel manager to let me stay, I was put in a room where the ac only minimally worked and the toilet ran, making “whooshing” sounds every 30 seconds. Will NOT be staying here again or recommending family and friends to stay here. »
