The customer service was excellent; the staff were courteous, polite, and consistently went the extra mile to ensure we were well looked after. A huge plus was the early check-in. After a long flight, we arrived two hours early, and since our room was ready, the staff kindly let us settle in immediately. The breakfast quality was great with a lovely selection of food. Additionally, the location is perfect, with tram, train, and bus links right at your doorstep. Highly recommended!" The sent somebody to fix it but with not avail. They moved us to another room. The bed sheets where not very clean. They said they change them every 3 days… the second night the air condition broke again and we were sweating all night. So cleanliness and amenities were not good.
