"They took advantage of my illness and acted inhumanely. On the day of arrival at the hotel, I had food poisoning and vomited in the bathroom. Beautiful setting with stunning views

"Quirky place high up in the mountains. Beautiful setting. Great breakfast and good sizes rooms, however the walls are paper thin so you hear your neighbours at all hours. We didn’t get much of a lie in! Our shower was luke warm and not very powerful."

"We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable. ..."
