"I would definitely stay here again. The views are amazing, the property is quiet, the pool and sauna were great. For a family of four, we had the Deluxe Apartment and it was plenty of space. The rooms were large, the bathtubs overlooking the woods were amazing. There are a couple restaurants not too far away, but we ended up going to the grocery store and cooking at home because we wanted to spend most of our time in the room. "

"I don't think the pictures do the property justice. Once we arrived and saw the house, we knew we'd picked the right place. So much room. We never felt crowded (7 of us). Everything worked. The kitchen was a proper kitchen with lots of equipment that you'd have in your own home. We can't fault it and would definitely recommend and come back!! Lovely area with the added prospect of seeing beavers!! We didn't but saw how busy they'd been. "

"We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable. "What a fantastic place to stay! The staff really look after their guests and make you feel cared. Highlights include their spa that includes a dry and wet sauna, as well as a place to lounge. Breakfast is plentiful, and includes access to sparkling water (a personal highlight for me). They have a sommerlier on staff, and the fridge is stocked with wonderful wines and beer for purchase at a reasonable price - as well as the proper glassware! The downside was not having a fridge in the room and the pillows were less lofty than we were used to. I wish that we stayed an extra night! "

"The room was nice and tidy, and the area was great. The customer service was extremely slow. We did not get an email about how to check in and had to call up to get access to the room. After 3 days of emailing around to various people, I finally got in contact with someone, but still yet to receive a check in email. There was also reference to a folder in the apartment that supposedly had check out instructions, this did not exist either. "

"This is a beautiful place. Gorgeous landscaping, plenty of places to sit or walk the trails. Very clean. We didn't like the shower in our room, and there were quite a few stairs to our elevator which was difficult with luggage. I really would have stayed longer if we could. The pool was nice and I had a good massage. "

"They took advantage of my illness and acted inhumanely. On the day of arrival at the hotel, I had food poisoning and vomited in the bathroom. At checkout, they charged me €900 for cleaning the bathroom. It was horrific and inhumane – even though the room was cleaned and we stayed there for a whole week, they claimed they would have to close it in order to clean it. Liars, exploiters, and inhumane."
