« Interactions with the owners was easy and we gots lots of information, both before and when we there there. It's a gorgeous, tranquil spot, very central for exploring Hadrian's Wall. The pod was clean with everything you might need, and very comfortable beds. We loved the little outdoor area with fire pit too. "Confortable mais piscine n'était pas inclus dans la chambre et c'est très petit. Le savon etc est jeté tout les jours et le dernier jour non remplacé. Soucis avec le bouchon d'évier mais c'était rectifié très rapidement."

"On arrival the man in reception was very welcoming, very pleasant. In fact all the receptionists were very friendly and efficient. The room was standard so not so big though it was very nice. I can’t understand how my sister booked the same type of room on the same date through hotels.com but at a much cheaper price than us. "
