The lounge chairs were terrible. The owners need to sit in them and I am sure they would be buying a new one very quickly. Spoilt our time to relax in . Everything thing else was really good. The bed so comfortable, the unit itself was very out dated, wouldn’t take much to bring up to the standard of the charges. Cleaners were excellent and kitchen was lovely to cook in. Sorry , but will be choosing another unit at White Crest for our next stay. Staff wonderful. Thank you. Russ and Jen.

Wonderful 5 night Stay!
The most important part of an overnight stay is just that overnight means (comfortable and clean bed) The bed was fabulous in the unit we stayed in and the rest was comfortable and welcoming. The greetings and helpfulness of the staff was also faultless. For the apartment I stayed in I give it a 5 out of 5!

Weekend getaway
Well located close to restaurants, parks, across from water (ocean), good walks on the esplanade and is positioned between major shopping centre at Pialba and the Urangan Pier. The Hotel itself is in need to be updated or refurbished, but is quite roomy and comfortable with secure underground designated parking and friendly staff.

Very good value for money, clean and host where very nice . Under new management from the week before and few little think that they where going to look after. We had a unit on the 3rd floor, opposite the beach but behind the trees.

Apartment was spacious and well equipped. Some of the furnishings were a bit worn and old. Bathroom and shower were small. Bed was small but comfy. Guests upstairs were bouncing ball very annoying. Advised manager who looked into it promptly, it stopped for a day or so then started again. Didn't want to complain again just put up with it.

Close to the beach and a lot of good food outlets which is great. Bit outdated in respect to the room fittings, decor, etc. My kids found a full cigarette under a place mat, so that was disappointing that the attention to detail in the clean from the last visitor wasn't great.

The apartments are centrally located in Torquay in Hervey Bay and are close to the beach. Fishing from the Urangan Jetty which is a pleasant walk from the apartments along the beach, while not productive in the way of fish, was very relaxing.

Handy hotel located on esplanade
Stayed over Christmas period. Very quiet, staff were great. Fairly good value for money. The room could have been cleaner. I don’t think they have vacuumed behind the lounge or bed for a very long time. The bathroom had some mould. The tiles and paint were not in very good repair. The air conditioners smelled when on. They need cleaning. I would stay there again.

Great location, huge apartment! We were looking for a 3 bedroom apartment for our stay, White Crest was the best option for us for location, size and budget. While not the newest apartments on the esplanade we happily would stay there again.

Great service but rundown accommodation.
The lady at reception and running the ace did her absolute best to make us welcome. It is unfortunate that she was the highlight of the accommodation. The units are really dated and require moving out of the 1980's. Couches are worn and dirty. The sign out the front advertises Foxtel, but this is non-existent. The rendering (plaster) on the ceiling is falling away. You leave the room for the day and return to find white powder (and plaster chunks) on the couch and coffee table. It is supposed to be a non-smoking accommodation, but the people upstairs smoke on their patios and drop their ash and butts on the lover balconies. There isould on the roof in the bathroom )shower. Lots of chipped and cracked tiles. Like I said, best part of the accommodation is/was the manager and even she has had enough and is finishing up on 10/08/2020 because she is frustrated by the lack of moving forward on behalf of the owners. Wouldn't takeuch to fix, just a bit of care and attention (and a few $) and you'd be set. Saddened by the experience.

Thank you for your review, Foxtel we do have but we have a few channels down at the moment which I am trying to get fixed. I am sorry that you had a few problems with your apartment. I am not leaving because of the owners of the apartments, I am leaving for other reasons which is beyond my control. The owners of these apartments are supportive and understanding. Things do need updating in a few rooms and the owners are getting on to this. Customer service is my goal and do the best I can. It was nice to meet some one from my home town, I hope you enjoy the rest of your holidays.

We stayed in a well equipped and comfortable 1 Br ground floor unit. There was a problem with the ceiling lining, which the manager said was being fixed. The unit was just across the road from the bay and adjacent to Maddigan's great fish & chip shop.
