Es war ein super Urlaub für uns.Wir waren mit einem befreundeten Paar für eine Woche dort.Wir kamen erst am späten Abend an und wurden dennoch mit einem reichlichen und guten Essen verköstigt.Das Zimmer war super modern und dennoch gemütlich. Ich denke,es war ein neu gebautes Haus.Wir hatten jeden Tag beim Frühstück und Abendessen genügend Auswahl.Die Küche war griechisch inspiriert, was man bedenken sollte,wenn man ggfs diese nicht so mag. Wir finden aber,dass es zu einem Aufenthalt auf Kreta selbstverständlich dazu gehört. Besonders gut war die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Es gab uns Gästen ein besonders starkes Gefühl des Willkommenseins. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür.Für uns war selbstverständlich, dass wir uns den Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern gegenüber genauso freundlich verhalten haben.Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Très agréable séjour

Très bon séjour au sein de l’hôtel : personnel aimable et aux petits soins pour les clients. Piscine très sympa avec transats. Mer à 10 mn à pied de l’hôtel avec une eau transparente ! Buffets pdj et dîner variés et copieux. Bref une semaine de rêve !!

Erholsamer Aufenthalt

L’hotel Est très bien situé à kato gouves, à 5mîn à pied de la plage et des restaurants . Les chambres standards sont situées un peu à l’ecart De l’hotel , sur le côté mais elles sont sont spacieuses avec un frigo et un évier en plus . Le côté piscine est agréable mais le regret est que la piscine est trop profonde . Concernant la formule de restaurant , c’est européen et je trouve dommage de ne pas mettre de plats et de spécialités grecques à la carte . Rien à dire quant à la propreté . Tout le personnel est très gentil et aux soins des touristes pour conseiller des visites et fournir des explications . Bref je recommande cet hôtel .

Godt hotel

Godt hotel med en fin pool og godt poolområde med både sol og skygge. Personalet er venligt og smilende og taler fint engelsk. Det er nemt at være gæst her. Rigtig god morgenmadsbuffet med mange valgmuligheder og god kaffe. Sengene var gode og store. Selv om det er et turistområde er der roligt om natten. Der er 150 meter til stranden og mange spisesteder, supermarkeder og souvenirbutikker i området. Desuden går der en bus til Heraklion og lufthavnen oppe fra landevejen. Vi havde en dejlig afslappet uge på hotellet og kan varmt anbefale det til andre.

Voilà déjà 5 as que je me rends en Crète pour mes vacances. La première année j'ai trouvé cet hôtel qui correspondrait parfaitement à mes attentes. J'ai depuis chercher à renouveler mon séjour, toujours aussi agréable, comme les crétois, dans cet hôtel où même l'équipe n'a pratiquement pas changé...si vous dire si le fond de cette entreprise est sain. Je recommande à tous les vacanciers amateur de tranquillité, de climat famillal, sans en oublier les fêtes typique du sirtaki et toute la gentillesse locale. Bonnes vacances à tous à Hara Ilios. Very nice and tranquille resort with nice pool

Stayed one night. Very lovely pool with terrasse and bar. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast and dinner was good. Room was large and clean. Walking distance of a small but lovely beach. Very tranquille stay, will come back certainly.

Nice familial hotel close to the beach (150 m) and beach restaurants. Good service and breakfast, nice garden, spacious rooms, good and bio vegetables cultivated by the old owner of the hotel.

Basic but does the job.

Stayed here for a few days. The room was pretty decent although I didn't have a tv or any toiletries provided. That wasn't a huge problem for me however. The beach was a 5 min walk away so that was nice. The pool was a decent size and plenty of sun beds. The staff were very helpful and nice. Pretty good breakfast spread given the price. Definitely value for money.

Staff go out of their way to help visitors!!!

They are so attentive to all your needs it's really great. The day manager gave me a lift to the nearest chemist when I couldn't get my bearings. On my birthday I received a gift from and greeting from all the staff, this was not called for and so lovely of them to consider. My daughters and I had a great time, the sea was a short walk away and of course it was excellent!!
