« J'avais choisi cet hôtel (et restaurant typique bavarois;à l'entrée, indique 4 ét.) parce qu'il se situe dans un village. Nous sommes une famille de 4 personnes, on nous donne une chambre (sans climatisation) au dessus de la terrasse. En juillet, une chaleur étouffante nous empêchait de dormir, en plus du bruit de clients indélicats du restaurant en dessous jusqu'à 2h du matin. Mais la réception ne nous a pas changé de chambre, même après plusieurs réclamations, en sachant que l'hôtel comptait...

« Ceci a été mon troisième séjour au sein du Michel Hotel, encore une fois il a été très agréable. La chambre proposé était très confortable, le ménage est impeccable, le wi-fi laisse cependant un peu à désirer, ce n'est pas toujours très pratique pour travailler. Le buffet proposé le matin est toujours aussi bon et copieux. Le parking en sous-sol n'est pas inclus dans le prix de la réservation et les places sont souvent difficiles d'accès, elles sont très serrées. »

"Hôtel à quelques minutes du centre. La chambre 607 avec terrasse est petite. Il n'y a pas de chaise ni table. Il y a un pouf qui prend de la place et qui est très inconfortable. Pas de sèche serviette dans la salle d'eau. Douche agréable mais avec l'eau chaude qui n'est pas constante, des variations de normal à très chaud. Le lit double demandé est en fait deux petits lits avec une petite couette chacun. Apparemment les allemands n'aiment pas les câlins. La télé n'a pas la possibilité d'utiliser notre Netflix ou autres. La terrasse est comme certains l'on spécifié pas entretenue, il y a de l'herbe entre les dalles et malheureusement toujours des mégots un peu partout. Avec un cendrier ce serait plus judicieux. La terrasse est louée avec la chambre et devrait être nettoyée également. Nous avions qu'un transat et une petite table. Pourquoi pas deux sièges ? Pas de restauration à part pour les petits-déjeuner. Accueil sympa des personnes à l'accueil. Si les hôtels sont impactés par les locations saisonnières on s'aperçoit qu'ils ne font rien pour rester en vie."
