A cool, basement apartment with lots of light and walk out to huge backyard, own driveway and a private entrance and backyard! Mini split heat pump and a/c. 2 bedrooms, and sofa bed in the living room. Sleeps 6. You have an eat-in kitchen, living room, bathroom, washer/dryer and backyard to relax in and smell the ocean. Near ocean, beach, lakes and a 15 minute drive to downtown Halifax, but far enough away to avoid the hustle. Many local restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. We have a security camera on the front of our house and on the VRBO driveway only.
