This is a lovely home which is well supplied with items you may need. Nice patio in back to enjoy the view of the mountains. Great location for the popular birding areas. Nice to be able to pull into the garage to unload luggage/groceries. Had absolutely no mice issues which was mentioned in a previous review.

A graceful and spacious home with every (and I mean every) consideration given for comfort and need. It is beautifully situated and central to many interesting sites and activities. This is number one of all the houses we have stayed in over many years. It is definitely a gem.

Mice Infested and Mice Poop EVERYWHERE - DO NOT STAY
At first arrival my husband walked around the house and found mice poop in every single room, including kitchen drawers with cooking utensils, wrapped up in "clean" bath towels, on the stove, GROSS!!! The next morning, we found that mice had eaten our dogs food that was on the counter in a ziploc bag. When I tried contacting the Guest Host, they didn't respond until 24 hours later. We had to go to Walmart on our vacation and buy tupperware containers to put everything in and mice traps and caught two large mice on the kitchen counters! Now we are dealing with Evolve (Connie M.) and it has been a nightmare. Extremely poor customer service and she even told me posting our bad experience is EXTORTION. What a joke. We will never rent another VRBO property again. This was supposed to be a premium rental. If I could rate this experience lower than 1 star I would. DO NOT STAY!!

Spacious and great views
Wonderful place to stay while exploring the area. House was large, bigger than we needed, and allowed each couple to have their own side of the house when sleeping.
The views from the patio were outstanding with the mountains in the background.
The yard was large and our dog enjoyed exploring it. Streets were good for walking her, as well.
Approx. 30 minutes to Tombstone and Bisbee. We went to Naco on Saturday morning to check out the border and then went to Warren and stumbled across a nice community market and then went to Bisbee.
Also, had a great hike up the Carr Canyon (if you go, drive carefully as the drop odds are extreme. But, the road is manageable.)
If we head back down that direction, would definitely consider this property, especially if we have a larger group.
