"We really enjoyed our stay, the ladies at the front counter at check in and choleck our were so friendly, Our room was very clean, air conditioner worked great, the pool was really nice and clean, it had a nice breakfast, cereal, biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs pattties, waffles, different bread items, I'm sure I am missing something. We will definitely stay there again, Right next door is a gas station and an A&W's"

"On an excursion to visit historic hotels - this one only 105 years old but recently remodeled with all the needed amenities. Good reasonable restaurant and service - limited menu but goof food."

"Cute little motel on edge of town. Nothing fancy but it was clean and staff were friendly. Rooms were spacious. Would stay here again. "

"The house is great—always very clean, and it’s super comfortable. The grills are very nice and make it quick and easy to cook and clean up. There’s a parking area in the back next to a porch that’s under a deck (so shaded) and is perfect for staging gear. There are other places to set up if you want completely unobstructed horizon-to-horizon views. It’s between low hills, so even though maps say it’s Bortle 2.5, i think it’s 2. Maybe Bortle 1."
