"Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht im Vierseithof Luckenwalde anlässlich einer Familienfeier. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Leider war der Weg zu unserem Zimmer sehr lang von mehrer Treppen und einigen Fluren, haben wir unsere Zimmer dann gefunden. 😀Mit dem Personal gab es jedoch sprachliche Verständigung. "The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good with a large variety of items. The interior is aesthetically pleasing, especially the dining area is very beautiful. The setting is wonderful with a lot of green and the Teltow Kanal right along the property. Listening to the birds outside through the open window in the morning was wonderful! Otherwise, the room was very quiet with only a few sounds coming from outside the door during my stay. To my surprise there was a massage chair in my room! Overall I would highly recommend this facility! There were a few things I would mention though. The side of the bathtub, where the shower is located, is very high with only limited places to hold onto, and the bottom of the bathtub is very slippery. I suggest getting an accessible room if you don't want the risk of slipping when getting in and out of the bathtub. Parking was difficult due to some cars being parked in two spaces and overall not enough parking spaces being available, especially during events or conferences. The secondary lot on site gets very muddy in the corners. When the second lot was also full, I had to park across the street in a time limited parking area. This happened several times during my stay. Thankfully I did not get a ticket! The bed linens are washed with a perfumed detergent. Consider requesting hypoallergenic linens for people who are sensitive to perfumes or strong detergents."

"Parking, not cheap, but very good underground car park with direct access to the hotel. Dinner on my second night was a buffet. This was because a coach trip, possibly German Saga type were staying that night. Buffet itself was not a problem but the bar, offering snacks was closed as well. Staff were very helpful providing beers in the dining room"

"The hotel is a little way out of the centre of Potsdam, but access is easy with plenty of regular buses. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food which was always kept topped up. I'd definitely recommend this hotel. "

"The hotel was good but not superb according to the price range. It was quiet which suited us and overall good. The staff was nice but slightly awkward, one person at the reception didn't speak English. The sauna was nice, too while the female dressing room was closed due to works. I think within our stay of 5 nights the room was done about twice. This was a bit strange but sufficient for us. Once we came back after a race at 15:00, they just wanted to start cleaning then but my partner needed to shower... There was a kettle but never any black tea bags (annoying for Irish guests maybe?) or milk which was a bit of a hussle. We got milk downstairs at the coffee machine and ask for tea bags, also had some on our own. There is a supermarket 5 min away which was great, also a nice Chinese Restaurant in Mahlow (25 min walk next to train station), and the airport travel via public transport was very quick using 600 bus at the shops (once per hour) and then the train from Wasmansdorf (one stop only). You need zone C for public transport! The forest trail and wall walkway was nice for cycling! Thank you overall, we enjoyed our stay!"
