Great beach access; food at onsite restaurant was good; bed was totally uncomfortable and did not sleep well, and room smelled super musty/moldy.

I had to wait over 2 hours to check in, so I didn't get to enjoy a full stay. One elevator was broken and the other was excruciatingly slow. The hot tub, an advertised amenity, was broken. The room should have been much cheaper for the service we got.

The sliding glass door in the room, circa 1977 was very difficult to open from the inside and impossible from the balcony…need an immediate upgrade…black mold spotted in the A/C vent above the bed…the antiquated elevators were painfully slow and much too small for the loads folks bring in nowadays…the free breakfast was the worst I’ve ever seen, cheap, poorly cooked hot food and low budget breads and danishes…the TV in our room was inoperable and requested service but never saw anyone come…we wouldn’t stay there again.
