Lark's Nest Mountain View is a comfortable and cozy duplex just a few minutes from downtown Helen. This property has a modern style with plenty of space that features one king bed, one queen bed and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped which flows into a spacious living area that has a gas log fireplace to keep guests warm and cozy on cool evenings. You will also find a laundry area that has a washer and dryer. Outside of the back door there is a deck that has a hot tub, gas grill and patio furniture for comfortable seating. There is an EV Charger for electric vehicle owners at the front of the property. A fee of $10 per day will be added to your reservation. Please contact our office for more details. • Minimum Age Requirement: Lark's Nest Mountain View is a Luxury property and available to families or to guests 25 years or older. • Parking: Space is available for 4 vehicles. The location was near the heart of Helen w/o being right in it! I loved that this property is in a gated community. It was very clean and very comfortable. When you look out the back doors you are in the tree tops! The back porch is lovely and we spent most of our time at the condo on the back deck in the hot tub! The property owners were available and ready to help with any and all questions. If you're planning to do a lot of cooking you have to get all your supplies like foil, baggies, spices, things like that but there's plenty of cookware, plates, glasses, etc. there to use.
