North of Watkins Glen and surrounded by wineries and scenic beauty, this four-bedroom, two-bath retreat is perfect for families, couples, and small groups looking to relax and reconnect by the lake. Step inside and you'll find a warm, open living space that feels instantly inviting. A decorative fireplace adds a touch of charm, while the comfortable seating and dining area provide plenty of room to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, and with lake views in the distance, every gathering feels a little extra special. With four bedrooms—two on the main floor and two upstairs—there's room for everyone to spread out. Each features a queen bed, and one also includes a twin, ideal for a child or extra guest. Outside, you'll love spending time on the lakeside deck, enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. The grassy lawn leads to the water's edge, where you can dip your toes in Seneca Lake or fish from the private dock. A boat lift is available for guests bringing their own boat, making it easy to explore the lake from your doorstep. Whether you're here for a wine weekend, a race at the track, or simply a few days of lakeside living, this classic Seneca Lake cottage has everything you need for a memorable stay. Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants. Note: 1\. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving. 2\. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes. 3\. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description. 4\. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15. 5\. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets. 6\. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes. 7\. This was the closest we have been to our favorite winery and everything was only a couple minute drive to other establishments. The groundsmen was there to say hello and greet us and was super hospitable! The view was gorgeous and it was so nice to sit out on the deck. The only issue we had was the ants. Normally I am not bothered by bugs knowing we are in a lake setting and in a house with tons of wood floors, beams and walls, but the ants were pretty bad. I woke up to a few dead in my bed.
