"We had the best weekend here! Our room was very nice and clean. I loved the rustic feel. The kitchenette had everything needed, and it was so nice having a full size fridge. We loved the fishing dock, we caught many good trout right from the dock. We did not use the pool but it looked like fun! We can’t wait to come back. Not sure for how long but the restaurant has a temporarily closed sign."

"The property was as advertised in a beautiful and peaceful setting. We were there not so much for vacation but moving our son to school. Our plans changed and had to leave early and Deb was understanding and worked with us. Hoped to be back to enjoy the fishing and relax. Thanks Deb for everything!Norman and Kim"

Cozy Heber Springs Cabin w/ Deck & Dock!

"This dog-friendly, studio-type cabin is perfect for a couple and their dog. The kitchen has a two-eye cooktop with overhead fan, a toaster oven/air fryer, microwave, full-size refrigerator, toaster, and coffeemaker and all the implements one needs. Bathroom has a shower and a jacuzzi in addition to the standard fixtures. Cable TV is mounted on the wall (we never turned it on). Bed is comfortable. Back of unit has a nice balcony with chairs overlooking the river. Outside grill for burgers and steaks. Multi-level deck with chairs and table has steps that lead down to a catwalk attached to a roofed fishing platform on the river that has a sink and table and chairs. The fishing is dependent on the release of water from the dam, which was from around 4-8pm first three days we were there. And, above all, this place is quiet and peaceful, and a great place to unwind. This was our fourth time to visit and second time this year. That should tell you something."
Retro vibes of the 50's, 60's, and 70's with amazing outdoor pool area!

"The floor plan for this house is great for multiple families traveling together. We all had our own private areas. The decor was adorable and the beds were all comfortable! The kids loved the swimming pool. We found a few issues with the property when we checked in but Melanie was on top of it and came over personally to take care of things. One shower is not working properly but the plumbers are working on correcting that too.Melanie was easy to reach and very pleasant to work with. We all enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others."
