STUNNING RETREAT HOME IS LOCATED ON 3 1/2 ACRES AT THE END OF A PRIVATE ROAD JUST MINUTES TO HEALDSBURG SQUARE, THE HOME SLEEPS 12 WITH 5 BEDROOMS and 6 1/2 BATHS. ABSOLUTELY NO EVENTS ARE ALLOWED.

THE BACKYARD OFFERS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO BE NESTLED AMONG A BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE FOREST, SIT OUT BY THE POOL, ENJOY THE HOT-TUB, EXPERIENCE THE SAUNA OR CLIMB UP AND SEE THE VIEW FROM THE CHARMING TREE HOUSE, WHICH IS ENCLOSED AND HAS ELECTRICITY . THE PROPERTY ALSO HAS A SMALL VINEYARD OF CABERNET GRAPES, A QUAINT BARN, A 2 HORSE STABLE , LEMON, PEAR AND APPLE TREES.

THE FRONT YARD HAS A LARGE GAZEBO WITH DINING TABLE, SOFAS, T.V., HEAT LAMP AND IS GREAT FOR TAKING IN THE FRONT YARD SCENERY.

ALL ROOMS HAVE LUXURY KING MATTRESSES, HIGH END SHEETS AND DOWN COMFORTERS AND PILLOWS. ALL BEDROOMS HAVE EN SUITE BATHROOMS.

LARGE 900 SQUARE FOOT MASTER BEDROOM WITH KING SIZE BED, SEPARATE SITTING ROOM AND LARGE BATHROOM FEATURING A JACUZZI TUB, SHOWER WITH STEAM AND TWO SEPARATE SINK AND COUNTER AREAS.

BEDROOM 2 HAS A KING BED AND EN SUITE FULL BATHROOM

BEDROOMS 3 AND 4 ALSO HAVE KING BEDS AND HAVE THEIR OWN IN SUITE FULL BATHROOMS

THERE IS ALSO A PRIVATE Guest house WITH ITS OWN PRIVATE ENTRANCE. IT HAS THE 5th BEDROOM there plus a LARGE SITTING AREA WITH A SECTIONAL SOFA, a MURPHY bed that CAN SLEEP TWO GUESTS AND HAS A LARGE T.V. THE GUEST HOUSE HAS TWO FULL BATHROOMS, ONE OF WHICH OPENS TO THE BACKYARD TO BE USED AS A POOL BATH WHICH CONNECTS TO A CHANGING AREA.

ALL BEDS HAVE TOP OF THE LINE LUXURY MATTRESSES AND SHEETS.

THE MAIN HOUSE HAS A GREAT LAYOUT WITH A LARGE LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, DEN WITH SAMSUNG CURVED 50" T.V. , KITCHEN WITH DINETTE AND A HALF BATH. THE HOUSE HAS ALL NEW FURNISHINGS.

House was spacious and most organized and stocked kitchen of any rental home I've stayed in, which was great for making Thanksgiving dinner! Location is super cool. Property manager and owner responsive to our questions. Loved the hot tub and sauna... only wish we were there in the warmer months to get full use of all the backyard had to offer!

Three generations of our family (6 adults & 4 children) had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything about this property exceeded my expectations (and they were high)! Amazing place and great stay!

It is rare to say, but the pictures and description of the property and the house undersell it. This is a special property. The outdoor space is incredible - from the pool area to the treehouse to the views to the trees. The house itself is also great - very spacious and also warm feeling and well-appointed. This was the perfect spot for our multigenerational family trip. Thanks again!

Unbeatable Location

This is an amazing house with great hosts. The amenities were plentiful, high quality, and in good working order. The location is a beautiful hillside haven amongst the trees. We stayed with a group of friends and had a blast in the pool, on the several terraces, and also visiting downtown Healdsburg. I highly recommend this place!

The house accommodations and outdoor amenities were absolutely perfect for my full family, sans bride and groom who stayed elsewhere. Very convenient to wineries, restaurants, town (of Healdsburg) and in our case the event facility. The host(s) could not have been any more accommodating. Great stay!

Great stay for big group. Spotlessly clean. Large kitchen for our Christmas dinner and many outdoor games to play— even in 40-55 degrees; close to Healdsburg and local wineries. Highly recommend!

Lots of room. Lots of games for family’s to have no Wi-Fi fun, although the place has strong Wi-Fi. Beds are very comfortable. We will be back. We’ve stayed in 10s of homes in high end areas. This place is legit.

Ultimate Outdoor Oasis minutes from square

This property was so special!! The outdoor living is absolutely spectacular! We spent the majority of our time outside drinking coffee and wine by the fire, enjoying the pool/hot tub/sauna, playing yard games, and admiring the view and vines. The bedroom/bathroom setup was perfect for 5 couples. The drive to town was literally two minutes. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for our family

House was amazing and the property was perfect for our family get together. Beautiful pool, any game you wanted! Beautiful views outside. Just bring your family and nothing else needed. House was well equipped with anything you might need. Highly recommend this home to rent. Only a short drive to the town of Healdsburg, which is adorable. Great restaurants and shopping. We plan on another visit!

Unbelievable place- beautiful location with every amenity imaginable! Comfortable and spacious with very well stocked kitchen for cooking for a large group. Bigger than it appeared online with space for all. Great for a family get together or a group of friends. Very private but minutes away from Healdsburg. Hosts responsive and available. The outdoor space had everything to entertain young and old alike. We loved it here!
