"The staff were friendly and the room clean. The location was convenient for an overnight stay. The only downside was I was placed near the elevator and I was traveling with my 2 dachshunds who were on high alert all night because of the foot traffic and people talking that we could hear. Didn’t make for the best night of sleep."

"Staff were friendly, room was clean. Biggest issue were water leaks on property in windows and sandbur (sticker grass) all around property. Had no place to walk my pups that they didn’t get it stuck in their paws. They need to better maintain the area that is supposed to be pet friendly."

"From entrance to exit was clean. Front desk staff was welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. Variety of snacks and beverages. Breakfast option was wonderful. Heated saltwater pool was so fun!"

"I’m so glad I had a chance to stay at Bissing House. It’s a beautiful old house a short walk from the downtown area. You get to order breakfast how you like it. The room I was in was thoughtfully appointed and very comfortable. I definitely will stay here again next time I travel in Kansas. I wish I could have stayed an extra night."

"We loved the little 81 yr old lady in the breakfast area working!(PK) She was a delightful personality and she started our day with a big smile and some added reminders about how blessed we all are! Hang on to that lovely child of God!"
