"Clean and the amenities are well covered and thought out. What you might not have thought of they probably have. Masks for snorkeling, beach chairs and foam noodles. I didn’t recall that there is not a stove but there was a nice bbq that we cooked the Korean shortribs we bought at KTA. We bought things we shouldn’t have but because we forgot there was no way kitchen in the unit but we had lots of fun sitting on the porch eating papayas and having friendly geckos all around. Beautiful gardens. And close to many things. "

"We stayed five days here on our first trip to Big Island and fell in love with Hilo, a huge part of that was this gorgeous property full of lovely animals and livestock, fruit trees, and the kindest most responsive hosts. We even made friends with a lovely couple, also guests at this property who return here year after year (we can see why). It is conveniently located to reach Hilo downtown as well as to see waterfalls, lava caves, beaches, and the volcano. It is private, safe, quiet and really well-maintained. It is also extremely spacious, clean beautifully decorated. It had the most room of all the places we stayed on this trip to Oahu and Big Island. Bravo to Garvin and Laura Goode. You guys are amazing! "

"Montana was a great host. Everything at the house was as described. The location was optimal for our trip as we were sitting time between town and volcano. About 30 to the airport and 8 minutes from Foodland. The house was comfortable and parking was easy. Everything you could need in a stay. "
