Beatiful location practical but not comfortable. Staff was friendly, good live music. Web pictures misrepresented the room several maintenence issues and one safety issue. Paper thin walls super noisy needs a remodel in suite 15. Not very clean dirty baseboards rusty shower rod and worn out.

I could not use the gym. Gymm use was not included in this package.

While it’s no luxury hotel, it’s cheap and very clean. Also it is in probably the best area in Waikiki. Right near everything and feels very safe. Exceeded my expectations. Would definitely stay here again if looking for a budget option. The best deal in that area in my opinion.

Overall everything was great. I gave it a 4 because we paid for the week of parking and 3/5 days they oversold the parking so we had to park and pay at the zoo. Also bigger vehicles not a good idea as we couldn’t park one of our vehicles here at all due to height. We know for next time to get a smaller car too. But we paid for 5 days of parking and 3/5 days ended up paying somewhere else for parking. Property also didn’t fill our soaps and towels fully each time so we had to ask for additional and go get them, including toilet paper and paper towels. But staff was friendly everytime and helpful!!
