Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. Regular coffee maker and Keurig machines. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap. Liability Waiver: You understand that swimming and use of any exercise equipment (treadmill and weight set) is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and use of exercise equipment. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and exercise equipment and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and exercise equipment may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming and using exercise equipment if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, uses the exercise equipment while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant.
