Beautiful Property!
The home was beautifully decorated and felt safe. There was plenty of space for our group of 15. We only spent 1 night as we passed through but there was many great food options for our night and morning. Nelson was easy to reach upon our arrival to get the key code and give us directions to enter the property. We really enjoyed the outside space and pool.

Overall the house was exactly like the pictures, my only surprise was that it’s up and down stairs..just one room upstairs with no bathroom (big room) so the younger ones stayed up there..lol..I arranged this trip with my family so the pool house/room with its own bathroom was nice and private for some decompression time with my husband..we know family can be a lot..the pool was a true plus…but most importantly we did not feel like we were on top of each other..there were 10 of us…the grill was also a great benefit..definitely worth it..if you don’t mind driving it is a drive from other places 1-2 hrs…so map it out for your convenience. The beaches in the area are beautiful and restaurants were good We did a lot of driving to visit family but for the comfort it was worth it

Really, really do your research on the area! Not the best stay for us!
I am writing to provide feedback on our recent stay at your VRBO rental property from May 28 to June 4. First and foremost, we found your home to be very nice. However, there are several areas that need attention to enhance quality, comfort, and convenience. 1. Hot Water: Hot water is essential in all bathrooms. Unfortunately, we experienced a lack of hot water in the hall bathroom and guest house for the majority of our trip. 2. Water Pressure and Toilet Functionality: Consistent water pressure and properly functioning toilet flush buttons are necessary. Visitors should not have to worry about toilet malfunctions. 3. Air Conditioning and Fans: The main front room requires an air conditioning unit or ample air blowers. Each bedroom should also be equipped with a dedicated blower fan. 4. Utility Outages: It is important to mention in the home description that there is a possibility of water, electricity, and internet outages in the area. Although there is a generator, it only supplies lights. 5. Mosquitoes and Flies: The property has a significant mosquito and fly problem. Installing a screen door or net for the back door leading to the pool would help mitigate this issue. 6. Televisions: The TVs need updating, especially the one in the main room, which has a dark line down the middle of the screen. 7. Cleanliness: The home could benefit from a thorough cleaning. As a result, our stay was negatively impacted.

Great pool
Space worked well for our group of 13. Power went out and someone came right over to turn generator on. Pool area was wonderful and a big hit with the kids. A washer and dryer would have been a great addition to the home. The local bakery was great and the cow next door amused the kids. Karaoke machine was fun.

Great stay
My family visited puerto rico for the first time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house fit all 10 of us comfortably with plenty of room. The pool was the highlight of the home. The entire town was very welcoming and friendly and we made several trips to the local bakery down the road for sandwiches and desert. There are great restaurants nearby and the beaches are spectacular. Thank you for sharing this home as a little bit of paradise.

Christmas week
While the house was lovely I would warn anyone planning a Christmas week holiday there that the town holds a festival Dec. 28th that is extremely loud. As times we could not hear each other talk and the neighbor on multiple days had a bank of speakers and police sirens blaring into the night. I assume most other times are lovely and the area seems nice. We still enjoyed our stay and the festival was at times very inspiring with lavish costumes and much of the area participating.
