The home is located on a private, quiet street with plenty of opportunities for walks on trails and bike rides. 3 miles to grocery, movies, rte 149, 2.5 miles to Rte 28\. This home is great for someone who had difficulty with stairs and perfect for family retreats or a couples getaway. Harwich MA is located near the halfway mark of Cape Cod. This is the perfect location to reach many attractions on the Cape. The home is close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, Harwich, Dennis and Brewster beaches, Kayaking at Bass River, Monomoy fishing charters and much much more..... The drive to the beaches is all back roads and not main roads, so it’s quick with a no stress drive. Almost all beaches offer daily parking for on-site or weekly passes can be purchased at the town halls. Because of the variety, we like to explore multiple beaches and our favorite beaches are Mayflower, Corporation, West Dennis, Skaket, Paines Creek, Cold Storage, and the best-kept secret Crowe's Pasture. The home is on the Dennis line and close to Brewster making Dennis, Harwich, Brewster and Orleans beaches within 5-10 minutes. It was so fun to have the kids enjoy the game room over a very rainy and stormy weekend on the cape. The house was very clean and comfortable for all five of us plus our dog. We went to the Cape for my brother’s bridal bbq. We had an excellent experience, the whole family came over to make dinner and play games. Thanks to the awesome game room, they said this was “the best vacation ever!” (even though we only stayed 2 nights :) ). It was the perfect spot for our group of 10 (5 adults and 5 kids) and our dog to celebrate and enjoy each other’s company. The kids were entertained downstairs while the adults were able to sit and catch up upstairs. We were only here for a weekend in the offseason, but it was a great location to go for a walk on the rail trail and pop over for a nice meal on the water in Harwich Port. Stacey and Mike are excellent hosts and their home was equipped with everything needed for an awesome vacation Stacey was quick to respond to any inquiries we had during our stay. You can tell they have put in a lot of effort and thought into what would make a stay at their home comfortable and fun. The kids loved all the fun games they had available and they had everything needed for a great day at the beach. We enjoyed sitting out on the back deck in the evening with all the solar lights and cooking on the grill. The neighborhood is great to ride a bike around and take a walk. My granddaughter actually finally learned to ride her bike without her training wheels while there!. We had a great stay and highly recommend this house. ##### Willam W. We were a group of 9, ages 16 months to 70, celebrating the 70th birthday. All were very impressed with the amount of detail that the hosts put into this house. Every possible contingency was covered. The setup of the house allows for multiple spaces for families to stretch out. The basement had so much to offer, but (unfortunately??) the weather was perfect and we didn't get a rainy day to enjoy it. The hosts were always just a text away if we had questions, and answers were thorough and detailed. We asked for recommendations for food, and took the birthday celebration to Clancy's. Cannot recommend it enough. Every meal was incredible. If you are looking for a spot to enjoy a family get-together/reunion, this is the spot for you. I had a group of 10 friends come together for a girls trip, and we fit comfortable at this home. I feel like this is the Disney World of Cape Cod homes. Everywhere you looked was an amazing surprise. Any board game you could imagine! The coolest game room I've ever seen! An amazing deck! A garage that looked like a store with all of the different beach equipment!
