The walls and floors were filthy, there was sticky stuff in several spots on the carpet. The lady at the front desk is a thief, we made reservations and paid with a different credit card upon arrival, she charged the other card also and is blaming expedia (which is a lie). I would not ever recommend this place, it is disgusting and as of now twice the price until this is resolved

Enjoy that it is close to Bradley International Airport, and some fast food and delivery available. It is also close to some grocery stores. I find it somewhat hypocritical of the staff (might NOT be the management), to: A) Have Expedia or their website offer front-desk safe (but apparently no safe is there), B) Offer 3-mile radius shuttle rides (but depending on who is driving that shift, they might-or-might-not go to the grocery store {some are within 3 miles} or the Air Museum {which is right next to the Airport's control tower!}, C) Claim they will have towels or shampoo or toilet paper rolls or toothpaste sent to your room, but never follow-through with having them sent that shift {It seems some staff are making up excuses for not stocking the front desk with enough of these for the night, and then fibbing to guests for their lack of preparation} D) Claim cleanliness of breakfast area, but not cleaning toaster crumb trays, nor cleaning juice spill-trough at least daily, E) Why not leave a "Used linens & blankets" basket and a "Used towels" basket right near the housekeeping door on each floor, so guests can throw used towels into those, unstead of leaving them on the ground, or putting them into plastic bags? F) Why doesn't the hotel have the ability to leave voice-mails on the room phones? (There are instruction plates on the phones that are marked "Days Inn - Windsor Locks", which indicate "Press *71 to retrieve voice messages") Management should fix these!

Although clean, the hotel seriously needs new paint on the walls just about everywhere I saw. Scuffs, scrapes and dirty marks. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The person checking us in was super nice and helpful. Our room was so far away...very inconvenient. The room was poorly maintained with rust in the bathroom and broken drawers in the furniture. We won't be staying here again. The floors were uneven and a tripping hazard as well.

The bathroom was gross, missing caulking around the tub, black spots! The toilet had spray foam around the pipes, The only thing I can say good about it was the shower head was great! I used the shampoo & conditioner only to find out the conditioner was actually more shampoo. Towels were small and not very absorbent. There are no Kleenex in the room. The outside is very dirty, papers, cups, garbage all thru the parking lot. The staff were very nice so this in no way reflects the job they do.

As the hotel was near the airport, noise was to be expected but I think most of the noise came from the road. I was mostly alarmed when I returned to the hotel at @9:30pm and no one was at the front desk so I just walked to my groin floor room. Since I was a guest, that ok but others who were not could walk in freely as well, which I find somewhat alarming.

The smell of cigarette smoke would get in my room at random times of the day during my stay. Even after alerting the front desk, they didn't change my room or do any investigating. All they could speculate was "someone" from outside whose cigarette smoke was wafting in the room. I never saw anyone outside smoking each time I checked.

What can I say, you get what you pay for Oh well.. The staff are very helpful and nice. hair dryer is not working.I have to turn the fridge on and wait for more than 2 hour to get cooler. The heater was not working. I try everything until early in the morning maybe around 8 AM,that’s when it start working I was freezing like a fishing Alaska water.. I am not going to go into the cleaners of the room like I said, you get what you pay for..

It smelled smoky everywhere, even in the non-smoking areas. I got my room changed twice. During the first room change, I found cigarette burn holes in the comforter. Also, there was remnants of old trash from previous guests. That’s all I have to say about that.

If you’re flying thorough Bradley airport this spot is very convienient. Was more well kept than I had expected (no weird mold/mildew/dust smells) The kids loved the waffles for breakfast. Close to a few fast food options. One car in the lot at the back had a broken window the next morning so consider moving your vehicle to a more well lit location.
