« Nous étions de passage pour une nuit seulement. Nous sommes arrivés vers 16h30 le dimanche, et notre réservation n'était pas enregistrée à l'hôtel, la réceptionniste à téléphone à expédia USA et a fini par trouver notre réservation. La chambre était spacieuse, un peu vieillotte mais très propre, petit déjeuner correct. Personnel très alerte. Un petit bémol le réfrigérateur de la chambre faisait du bruit. »

« This is the BEST hotel stay ive experienced lately. The customer service from the moment you enter their property was amazing. The entire hotel smells so fresh and clean. The rooms as well. They were clean, and not a thing was out of place. They have a great breakfast selection and the attendant keep the area clean and well stocked. Fresh cookies was given at 5\. They were delicious. « L'hôtel refuse de me donner une facture au motif que jai réservé via une tierce partie Expedia=hotels.com mais pourtant je paye sur place. Hotels.com me dit que c'est l’hôtel qui doit me la fournir. Pas même de reçu possible dans l'application hotels.com dans ce cas là. C'est compliqué quand vous êtes en voyage d'affaire de pas avoir de facture. »

"L'hôtel refuse de me donner une facture au motif que jai réservé via une tierce partie Expedia=hotels.com mais pourtant je paye sur place. Hotels.com me dit que c'est l’hôtel qui doit me la fournir. Pas même de reçu possible dans l'application hotels.com dans ce cas là. C'est compliqué quand vous êtes en voyage d'affaire de pas avoir de facture."
