« Terrible from start to finish. We opted not to even stay. Communication was poor. Cleanliness was bad. Smelt of cigarette smoke despite being a non smoking property. And questionable electrics so unsure if actually tested as safe.
Wouldn’t recommend. »

« Staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
Breakfast was very limited to a full English breakfast. I am personally limited to what I am able to consume.
There was only one disabled parking place close to the entrance, which during my stay, was occupied by an expensive vehicle with no Blue Card on display.
For a client of my limited ability, I found the entrance steps difficult to navigate, would have preferred to have had a hand rail, to assist navigation of the entrance steps. »
