However the room itself was lacking. One of the duvet covers had stains. Fresh milk was provided but left open to the air with no fridge. There were spiders and spider nests in the bathroom. The beds wernt particularly comfy. A lot of noise during the night. The breakfast was fantastic. Not sure about seeing the cat walking around the cafe area in the evening. Great place - Sophie went out of her way to accommodate us when there was a glitch in our reservation. We ended up staying 2 nights, and it was lovely. The breakfast was outstanding, and our room was clean, spacious and well decorated. The view out our window was beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. Sophie was wonderful, so kind and helpful. We had the warmest of welcomes and we were shown to our room by a lovely young man, who ensured we had everything we needed. The room was spotless, check in and out easy. Sadly on our last night there the guests in the next room started playing music loudly at 1am in morning and despite my best efforts I could not get them to hear me over the music so I could ask them to turn it down.
